Larkspur Landing South San Francisco-An All-Suite Hotel

The breakfast was amazing!! Some days bacon and eggs someday eggs and potatoes always coffee and bagels and muffins and cold cereal as well with milk. The rooms come stocked with kitchen basics including glasses and coffee cups and a toaster. Laundry service is spectacular.even have a designated line to see how many washers are open which is a huge help! And it's inuded in the price!!!

I do not know how they could improve honestly

location was great. near the airport and away from the bums of San Francisco. No homesless anywhere! there was a guard there near the entrance. we arrived after midnight. I couldn’t tell if he was also supposed to be protecting our cars because he pretty much sat by the entrance and was checking his phone most of the time. check in was seamless.

This comment is not about the property but about booking.com. although I was able to filter the properties based on pet friendliness there was no disclosure regarding the pet cost on booking.com. traveling for the time with a dog I found the $75 charge excessive. I was told that if I booked directly on the hotel’s website that charge would have been disclosed. I will do that next time. maybe i should be asking about a discount based on the dog weight. Our 11lb terrier suddenly seemed like a very expensive pet to drag around. The breakfast was just ok. Waffles would have been nice. Not much space to eat downstairs but the room had plenty of space to eat there for two.

Nice big room in a good location. The kitchen was well equipped.

Breakfast ran out of food early every day. It was supposed to be from 6 to 9am but there was barely anything left at 6:30. No hot food either. The fridge in the room ran too loudly especially at night. These are fine though considering the good price.

The people at the front desk are always professional, the free laundry room, the outside area is very clean, love the nonsmoking, guests are respectful, parking is good, feel safe except for the skunk😁...if you ever experienced the ferry boat that one could take to Larkspur Landing and have lunch or dinner at the restaurant then you will also live the hospitality of this hotel.

The kitchen faucet, way too much water pressure. The construction going on next door, the beeping of the vehicles backing up is annoying, but certainly not the fault of the hotel, wish it had a oven, for whatever reason wifi in the area is bad, go figure with Silicon Valley right here, I don't think it's a hotel issue feel it's the construction and buildings

Awesome amenities for the studio and the bed was very comfortable and cozy. The kitchen had everything needed to cook and store food. I also loved the number of plugs available for electronics to use.

A TV that's samsung dex compatible would be exceptional or the ability to use my smartphone linked to the computer someway. The weights in the gym could use more lighter weights as well, 35 - ~65 is pretty heavy to warm up and do full sets with.

Well appointed room with kitchen and work desk. Temperature even and consistent. Relative open area to walk doggie down sidewalks and through building complexes. Close to San Francisco and freeway access.

Limited food and drinks on premise. No bar or alcoholic drinks. Not an easy walk to restaurants, convenience stores or bars. Also, odd narrow curtained shower.

They embrace all family. Even the doggo. The room has the basics for cooking and eating. And the breakfast is always delicious and great for a day of adventure The staff is very understanding and handle all things properly

Really there was nothing.. this place is suburb

They had a bathtub and very nice wash equipment. A kitchen and a very nice sized Television. Great cable. There was a dawn comforter and six feathered pillows. There was a thermometer that you could set the temperature to your liking. I accidently locked myself out of the car after checking out and the front desk receptionist could not have been nicer or more helpful. It was a wonderful stay.

Regular guest. Stay with my doggie on mainly business trips. As food and beverages limited, purchase from Hilton across parking lot. Ample walking space around restaurant and short drive to San Francisco. As noted in previous reviews, highly recommend.

Keep coffee flowing for breakfast.

The rooms are clean. U can not hear what is going on in the hall...u can not smell the weed smoke coming from the hallway. U can not hear the upstairs people. The staff is very accommodating. The room is nice...updated kitchen appliances and deco look nice. Double sinks in the bathroom. Beds r suuuuper comfy. Linens r crisp white. Gym and laundry are open, with covid precautions. Unfortunately breakfast is not served anymore and grocery stocked kitchen are not avail, due to covid. The manager did tell me that they will start coffee and cookies june 1st, and try to start breakfast by the following week..... i will def be back!! love this hotel

The listing on booking .com was wrong. It listed the room with 2queens, however the hotel does not have this room type. I had to pay and "upgrade fee" to get a room with 2beds. That extra money was not planned for.
