Hilton Garden Inn San Francisco Airport North

Lovely and clean. A way out of the city but an Uber was only about $20 and when you weigh up the price of staying in the city centre it was reasonable value for money. The room was massive and very clean and well equipped. The lobby was bright and airy.

Was overcharged at the bar and had to have the bill amended at check out. The barman was grumpy and didn’t want to serve us even though there was a half hour to closing, he wanted us to buy a drink from the ‘shop’ where the choices were terrible. That’s probably why he overcharged us - we insisted he served us with a whisky which took him all of 30 seconds! Breakfast was good but we found out that it was no use standing at the ‘wait here to be seated’ sign as we hung about for about 2 minutes only to be told just walk in and find your own table. No problem with that but just take the sign away! Thought the $18 parking was a bit steep especially when there’s plenty of it and you’re a guest at the hotel but I suppose all US hotels rip you off in that way to make a few extra bucks.

breakfast is good and location is close to the airport. The premise is clean and employees are friendly and informative.

The bathroom air ventilation is not strong enough. The parking lot is small and the lines on the parking lot are fade so make it hard to park at night and we received a warning notice but this is due to the lines are not visible at night time at all. The lighting at the parking lot is not bright enough at nigh time.

This was just an overnight stay. The hotel was very close to the airport and easy to reach by taxi. The staff were very charming and helpful. The room was very big and the bed was large and very comfortable. The room was nice and quiet.

I thought that the breakfast was mediocre. It was a free breakfast, but had I been paying for it, I would have complained. A small detail.

The property is close to the Caltrain station South San Francisco what makes it easy to visit the city. The staff is very nice and helpful. The breakfast in the weekend perfect.

We are still confused about the breakfast. The breakfast was on Friday very light, we couldn’t even get a bagel. On Saturday and Sunday the breakfast was perfect.

The ladies at the front desk Kai (Kayla) was extremely friendly and very accommodating to my requests making my experience much more smoother. thank you!

the TV’s are outdated! Instead of just cable, it would be nice to have the options of watching streaming services like Netflix, Hulu, etc.

Overall, I liked the room..very clean and everything in order.

I stayed at Rm. 207. I had a late check in on Oct. 10. As soon as I had settled into my room, I already noticed that the fridge was not working at all (not cooling). I called up guest services around 9 pm to inform them that the fridge was not working and f they could check it the following morning since it was already late. The following morning came and nobody even checked out my complained. 😒😒

The staff is extremely courteous and ready to help you with every need. The bed was one of the most comfortable I've ever had on a work trip.

Maybe I'm not used to America's cost of living, but both the hotel and the breakfast looked to me to be a little too costly for what they offer.

We were in San Francisco because our airplane could nto land in San Diego due to weather and the airline took us to San Francisco. I really appreciated that we were able to check-in earlier than 3 pm.

Since we were stranded until our next flight to San Diego, I really needed to use the business center for access to a computer and there was no business center even though it was advertised on the website.

The hotel staff was great! The room was very comfortable and the check in process was easy. The breakfast was amazing.

There was an extra nightly charge for parking. For the cost of the room this should have been included.
