Best Western Orchard Inn

Location was perfect for my family and I close to restaurants and stores and quick access to the freeway. Breakfast was great 👍 waffles our favorite. The room was great and room service was on it by 9:30am their knocking on doors to clean your room. Staff was great helping get you everything you needed for the stay. The pool was excellent my family and I got the pool to ourselves starts off at 3.5feet and deep end it's 8ft. Overall great hotel I would stay in it again.

Room had a funky smell family and I had to spray febreze and fan on so it can smell better.

Excellent caring, friendly staff. Huge room. Bedroom area refurbished nicely and beds very comfortable. Bathroom and other room areas need bringing up to the same standard.

Electric sockets are very 'hit and miss' as to whether they actually work or not. Would be considered dangerous in the UK and possibly condemned. Large gap under the entrance door. LG TV poor quality and remote control only worked sometimes, very frustrating! Lighting needs improvement.

The pillow case - 1 pillow case dirty - got new one from front desk Refrigerator got an empty burger paper bag - refrigerator should be in check for next guest. Brought to front desk to show and indeed she checked dated 8/17 and we arrived 8/19.. house keeping to alert

very clean, quiet and the staff was amazing

The towels are very rough to the skin, I recommend an industrial softener. Add another meat variety to breakfast, not everyone cares for sausage. The bed could use a topper because the mattress seems worn and lumpy rm #107

first let me say the Free Breakfast was delicious. staff was super nice and talkative. Im usually picky about bed, but these beds were actually comfortable. The rooms have a mini fridge and kept our drinks super cold. AC/Heater worked. Had a couch and a small coffee table. Which is a good small spot to eat breakfast if taken back to your room. We’re gonna definitely stay here again.

The restroom/shower kinda smelled but nothing to severe.

The family suites are HUGE! The extra space was much appreciated as we have 5 littles. The beds were comfy, the a/c ice cold, hot water in the shower and huge walk in closet. Staff was very friendly, helpful and accommodating.

Location was a bit confusing, USB outlets didn't work and the curtains were a bit dusty.

The TV did not work on the 1st room they gave us. So they accomadated us to a better room at no extra charge. We slept very comfortable and the suite was perfect for your family with a baby. Would definitely refer this room to family and friends and would definitely stay again.

The janitor knocked way too early.

It was in a good location with access to shopping , restaurants, etc.

The absolute only thing that it wasn’t even that I didn’t really like it it was just the room location could’ve been better as we were on the side of the freeway which could be loud and was at times

One complaint I have is that they need a new soda vending machine operator because it eats your quarters and dispenses warm soda....

Lots of amenities. The room had a table, iron and ironing board, frig, microwave, alarm clock, coffee, hairdryer, and bottles of shampoo, conditioner, and lotion. The room was very clean. Beds were comfortable and each bed had four pillows. Continental breakfast included coffee, orange juice, granola bars, and a variety of Danish rolls.

There was no place for us to park near our room because there were only handicap spaces. Of course I understand the importance of that but would have liked to have a parking spot closer to our room. There was no seating for the continental breakfast due to COVID-19, but no trays were available to carry food back to our room. (I ended up spilling my coffee trying to juggle two cups plus the food for my husband and myself; I should've made two trips.)
