Hampton Inn & Suites West Sacramento

The location was in a good area, far enough out to get away but close enough to everything we visited. Very clean, room, pool, eating area, ect… we dealt with a few staff members & they were all very kind. The Continental breakfast was a wonderful addition, good, fresh food & stays fully stocked & yes they actually have a continental breakfast, as I know many places advertise that but don’t have it. Also loved the tea & coffee station available all day!

Didn’t like that you are charged $10 per day for parking.

The room was very clean and spacious The breakfast was excellent for a complimentary buffet with multiple options. and the area was safe and located close to freeway access. Staff was very nice and helpful to answer questionsThe about near by restaurants .

Everything about the hotel was above my expectations including location, parking safety of the area and complimentary breakfast The only possible thing I would have changed was the toilet seat seemed loose and perhaps slightly too small for the toilet

Breakfast was very good with a variety of things to choose from. Location was also convenient. Easy commute to the Sacramento airport from the hotel which was exactly what we needed! The price was reasonable and the staff was super friendly and helpful. Rooms were roomy, beds were comfortable, and everything was clean and new!

There was nothing not to like! Everything was clean, comfortable and new! Breakfast and location were also a bonus!

Loved the exceptional customer service and all the amenities including the stocked snack area and the disposable earbuds in the gym. Rooms were modern and clean. Great shower pressure! Thought it was a nice touch to provide fruit in the lobby and water to Hilton Honors members.

The pillows were too soft and sank too flat so I couldn’t find a comfortable position for my neck and head but the bed firmness was great.

Staff was very friendly and accommodating to my family's needs. Handled business and requests promptly and efficiently. Very clean and orderly. Morning staff and food preparation was very pleasant. Smiles in the morning goes a long way in making other's day.

The remote for the television in the gym did not work. Other than that, it was a very pleasant stay.

Staff were friendly and polite. Property was clean. Continental breakfast was good.

The fact that we asked for adjoining rooms and we didn't get them is disappointing . We asked for rooms close together and/or at least a few doors down from each other and this didn't happen either. At least we were all on the same floor.

Breakfast was tasty and there were plenty of choices- some items were gone by 9:30 and not replaced, so that was a bummer.

We had to ask for toilet paper every day. I expected housekeeping ( which we requested) to at least leave us a roll per day ( there were 3 of us), but I had to pick it up from the desk all 4 days we were there.

The suites were roomy and very new and fresh. We used the the sofa bed and it was very comfortable. Great location near the River old town, very clean and nice facilities, the staff was very helpful in getting us 3 suites near one another. Breakfast was a great selection of food and bonus to get the day going. Great value!

The hotel was located right off the freeway and close to the Sacramento airport where we dropped off a family member. It’s also located very close to a large shopping area (IKEA) for a fun shopping trip.

The only surprise was a $10 charge for parking in an open lot outside the hotel. I didn’t recall seeing this when I made the reservation.

Really clean and homey feel to our room. Really felt like we could move around and relax. Had a kitchen area with a sink, counter space, pantry, and microwave/fridge. My toddler and dog enjoyed the space.

The pillows and bed were too soft for us since we have back issues, but that's a personal preference obviously. The bed and everything was super clean. Also, make sure you get there for breakfast early or you won't get certain items. By the time my son made it downstairs, he missed out on cereal boxes and milk and some of the hot food, even though there was over a half hour left of breakfast time. And although I love being on the top floors, it was hard with a dog. I would've preferred a room closer to the floor for easy access to outside. 4 flights of stairs round-trip (elevator was far) to take her out, wasn't fun.
