Best Western Palm Garden Inn

The staff was friendly and attentive. Breakfast in the mornings was great. Pool was nice after hot days.

Bathroom needs grout cleaned, caulking redone, some things need repairs. Rest of room was fine.

The floors in the hotel and the staff was super nice and very helpful.

I didn't like the bathrooms they were hot. The air-conditioning felt great near the first bed but in the second bed it was warmer and then near the bathroom it was hot. Good thing I brought a small bedside fan which we used to shower and in the second bed. As far as the breakfast 2 of the nights when we went there was very limited items available for breakfast. We Were looking forward to the waffles avertised and none was given to us. The bacon was super over cooked. My kids don't like egg and oatmeal so we were looking forward to the waffles. There was syrup but no waffles. But overall was good for others that may like this.

It was way nicer than I had excepted. They afternoon/night counter attendant was friendly and helpful. They had a very nice variety for breakfast.

It's not actually located on Beach Blvd., however, it's a side street that faces Beach Blvd. There is no light to get to it, so you have to go through a maze of residential streets to get to a light to be able to safety get across the 6 lane Beach Blvd.

My partner and I both agreed that we have never had this great of customer service in any place we've ever been. No restaurant or hotel has been as kind and accommodating as this place. The guy who checked us in on Saturday afternoon was so genuinely friendly and made sure we got a great room close to the pool for the kids. We were so happy and comfortable here thanks to all of the staff!

The staff was very helpful and easy going. The rooms were very clean and they changed towels regularly.

The breakfast room is to small with few tables. Some people had to eat standing in the middle of the room because no tables were available.

Bathroom/sink separation, hardwood, very helpful staff, parking/pick up very easy, lots of storage space, in room microwave and dining tables, pool/hot tub, egg breakfast!

A few minor issues is all. Nothing major. Windows with full view of inside of rooms from walkway, only few outlets available, lack of lockbox, remote could use cleaning, and breakfast bread a bit hard.

Great staff, wonderful location and good breakfast! would definitely stay again even with the few downfalls.

the shower in our room was broken, well extremely difficult to use. you have to pull hard and changing the temperature of the water is nearly impossible. the fridge also didn’t work but had a dirty rag and mold growing in it.

Breakfast was below average. Once we saw the little here was the first day we ate breakfast out for the rest of our stay

The rooms are very good size the beds were very very comfortable the floor was very clean the shower had good water pressure the fact that I had a microwave and refrigerator and there was very convenient

I like the breakfast, coffee, juice, ice availability. Good quiet guests are staying there. Price is reasonable.

I had hard time to use my GPS for this location address, when I called hotel for location assistance around 2:45pm before check-in. Phone wasn't answered.
