Motel 6-Westminster, CA - South - Long Beach Area

Lady at check in was very nice and polite. Room was ready when I got there. Kids enjoyed the pool. I placed the white towel for the floor in the bathroom on the floor and it turned black, the floor was very dirty! I had a non-smoking room but could smell smoke coming through the vents from next door. Decent amount of parking. We we're able to get lots of ice with no issues, would stay again if needed.

Dirty floors, especially the bathroom. Smoking and non-smoking rooms shouldn't be connected. You could smell it through the vents.

I like how professional the people in the office were and how how when I needed an extra towel they didn't have a problem giving me one and the location was great

And I really like how convenient I was able to park right under the room or right right in front of the room and how professional and welcoming the office staff was to my visitors I would definitely recommend you guys to my friends and it was really nice to be able to have a smoking room

We loved the price with AARP 20% discount and we should have gotten our genius loyalty discount of 10-15% off. The maid was nice and service with a smile. Other wise everything was fine. We r going to make other another reservations for Friday.

Under the bed was trash and it look like it wasn't sweep or mop and the pillows were old and worn out it made our necks shore the next day. The woman in the office was kinda rude to my wife and had a attitude like she was having a bad day. No service with a smile. The tv remote had no battery had to walk up to office to get some batteries because the front desk wasn't picking up. The air cooler was not working in room 121 and there were roaches in our room in the bathroom.

The young lady Carolyn that check me in was very nice and did an excellent job, she has the right customer service skills one needs for her job. Very good employee you better keep her🙂. Close to the cafe which is a gem. And very close to freeway. I will definitely give your location a 5 star. Bed was very comfortable overall clean room. And like I said Carolyn was awesome and made my stay welcomed. On my next trip back I will be staying at your location for sure and I'm hoping to see Ms. Carolyn still there wearing that smile on her face that welcomes everyone. Thank you 😊

Quick check in, quiet area nice restraint and stores near by. Other people staying in motel are very nice.

Staff could be friendlier. When I stayed before the staff was much nicer and friendlier the staff now are nice but not friendly it's like they're just doing the job and need to be nice. Before they wanted to be. Beds are uncomfortable.

It was easy to check in and they had the correct type of room reserved.

There was very little parking, alot of noise from people outside late at night and it was kinda expensive.

staff was very pleasant friendly and helpful and accommodating …perfectly located…lots of good food options within close proximity

the only thing I didn’t like was that the floors in the room seemed like they hadn’t been freshly mopped …walking around barefoot in my room made the bottom of my feet black .

I enjoyed the stay, I had several business meetings at the mall. So this was perfect for me to stay at. Perfect for me Mt husband, and my daughter who works at Disneyland.

The only con was at this time the laundry facilities wasn't available BUT THATS NOT A DEAL BREAKER.

The rooms are clean, and the pool is nice. The staff is always great and accommodating.

There is an in and out next to the motel and there is always a super long line to just get into the motel. And they have the weirdest and smallest showers.
