Hampton Inn Los Angeles Orange County Cypress

The room was lovely, had everything we needed and was lovely and clean. Complimentary coffee, tea and hot chocolate at reception which was nice after a long day and coming back late. Staff were friendly, breakfast had a good selection of items and restocked quickly when running low. Handy location, close to shops and Disney. Plenty of parking and pretty quiet as it's set back from the road and is backed by offices so nice a quiet over night.

The bed was a little too soft for my partner's taste, but it was fine for me. I would like some signs on the hot food items at breakfast to help people with dietary requirements.

Staff was nice and friendly, room was clean and big. Staff was helpful. Hotel was secluded in the backside of a street, but just walking distance from a shopping area. Great location.

Breakfast was ok; waffle maker, some fruit, and cereal. Breakfast was 7-9, wish it had stayed open till 9:30 or 10. Would have loved if they had more selection of fruit and eggs/omelets, but overall was good and clean. Had an issue where I unexpectedly needed to leave sooner than my 9 day stay from Booking.com reservation and the hotel would not refund any of those days, so that was a bummer, but I understood, since I didn't book directly with the hotel. Wished they could have worked with me. Other than that, the stay was very nice.

Staff is great! Clean and comfy.

Wish they had coffee at continental breakfast had to go get coffee daily.

The room was very spacious and bed was very comfortable. After long international flight, it was a welcome respite.

Our neighbor seemed to be a long term, residential guest. There was some work being done on her room, so it was a bit noisy and people coming and going. But it was during day light, working hours. We probably wouldn't have noticed at all except we were jet lagged and were resting during day.

We loved the kitchen staff, they were very friendly, especially one older woman, I never got her name but from the couple that were close to Modesto, thank you!

The beds were really hard, I wish they were more comfortable. Maybe change mattresses.

My family enjoyed the breakfast.

They gave us a room that wasnt clean. Had to go back down to the lobby with our luggage to let them know. It was just too much after a 2.5 hr drive there. Also checking out took over 20 mins since there was litetally no one in the lobby. I had to go into the breakfast are and knock on the kitchen door to get someone.

Our stay was incredible! The room was clean and sanitized, they even had a seal on the door so we Knew no one else had entered after it had been cleaned. That was comforting. I received text messages throughout my stay asking how things were going and if we needed anything. This was such an incredible idea! All I had to do was text from MY PHONE and I could contact the front desk. Even though the room had been sanitized, they even made more Covid friendly so I wouldn’t need to touch the phone in the room. The staff was incredible and super helpful! I will most definitely stay here from now on when I am in the Cypress, Ca area!

The beds were a tad on the hard side but I still got a good night sleep.

It's a big plus with a warm breakfast included. The location is very convenient. Located right in a plaza, you'll reach several restaurants in just 3 min. walking out of the hotel.

My boyfriend, now fiancé, absolutely loved it here! It was our first time going out-of-state for our anniversary.. Goes to say that the Hampton Inn in Cypress is a must to stay at. The staff was a delight, the room was spacious for us both, and we were just 20 minutes away from Disneyland. I will definitely be returning here! Thank you Cypress Hampton Inn staff!

Large room with comfortable bed & free cookies in the evening. Location was short drive away from Los Alamitos racetrack and walking distance to restaurants.

Had issue with room key card, but we had a second one that worked. Other than that, we liked everything about our stay.
