The cleanliness of the spacious room, care for pet allergies. Really kind lady at the front desk.

Really small fridge in the room, it didn't have a freezer section. Also the breakfast isn't what we expected, seemed to be using powered ingredients instead of real. So if you're on a special diet, the breakfast will not work for you.

Room/bathroom was big and spacious and they had good continental breakfast!

This is a clean and roomy property at a fabulous location for a great value. Our room was very clean and we enjoy the charm of the decor. We had a great night’s sleep, as it was quiet and the bed was super comfortable. We had a great breakfast and fresh hot coffee before leaving. We stayed there previously and had a great experience and definitely will stay again. We wouldn’t stay anywhere else in Yreka.

The room was nice & King Bed very comfy. We travel a lot for Family gatherings and business. The breakfast buffet was overcrowded and needs a staggered time as everyone cannot get their meals at the same time. Lots of nice fresh towels. spacious room with attractive furnishings , complete with Ironing board and everything works from the TV to the coffee machine. I suggest two breakfast buffet times , one @ 7:30 a.m and a second time @ 9:30 a.m.

Scalding hot coffee in the morning at the self serve coffee station in the lobby. I worry that a small child or elderly person may burn themselves? When it was mentioned to the staff member at the desk they shrugged it off.

The front desk woman was so nice and accommodating, and set the right tone for a welcoming stay. The parking lot felt safe so I didn't have to worry about parking my car there with an attached rooftop cargo carrier on top. The room was big and clean. The bed and pillows were so comfortable I didn't want to get out of bed! I had a great night's sleep after a long day of traveling. Everything I needed in the room was there and more! Check in and check out was fast and easy. So glad i found this place and will definately stay again. I highly recommend it.

The tv was a little hard to see because it was pretty small for such a large room, but not a big deal.

We got turned around because of the huge snow storm and we had our dog and I loved that we were able to get a reservation very quickly and also that they accepted dogs. Because of the roads being closed, when we checked out the staff said that we could come back until 11am (our check out time) if we got turned around again. Everyone was so nice during that crazy time and we appreciate it a lot.

The only thing is when we went the whole town was pitch black, but that was because of the storm. We were just worried that it wouldn’t come back on after the long day we had. The power came on I believe around 10 minutes after we got there. Everyone was super nice.

availability and convenience

We did not experience the breakfast as there had been an electrical issue with breakfast room. We were there for only one night as traveling between family event and stayed on return home. Staff checking in pleasant anly d efficient.

Staff checking could use a little customer service help. Seemed like a pain to give a receipt for booking. Maybe he needed a little more coffee though it wasn't very early in the morning.

Spacious, comfortable room with good storage and space for arranging our things. Good breakfast with waffles, scrambled eggs, sausage and biscuits with gravy.

Had to wait a while for someone to help us check in; they were busy and short staffed. Sausages ran out for breakfast; had to ask the front desk to cook more and wait for a while.

The breakfast offerings were thoughtful of a variety of dietary needs. For example, my husband cannot eat dairy or wheat. They had many offerings that were good for him such almond milk, hardboiled eggs, and oat meal. There was plenty of outdoor seating pool-side with large umbrellas for eating breakfast too. A wonderful solution for during the pandemic. There are two pools, one on either end of the motel. Perfect for the kiddos! The rooms are very large and we appreciated that the toilet, shower/bath were in a separate room with a door so that we could use the facilities while our children were asleep in the other room.

The tables by the pool were not washed off when we came outside to eat breakfast. This could be a staffing issue because everyone is short staffed right now. Otherwise the staff were very kind and attentive and the food and coffee were consistently replenished.
