Estes Mountain Inn

Loved the proximity to RMNP, downtown Estes, Lake Estes, etc. Staff was friendly!

The room could have used a few hooks on walls to hang things. Lots of people come to Estes for hiking and outdoor activities- with that comes lots of equipment. It would have been great to hang various packs, bags, etc with hooks. The bathroom also had no ventilation or fan, so since we’re all human and poop, the smell kinda just stayed in the bathroom… traveling with another person, it just made me happy there were chairs outside the room in the fresh air! LOL.

We decided to make a last-minute 3-day trip to Estes Park before the end of summer. We were able to book a room at Estes Mountain Inn for a decent price. However, all of the extras Estes Mountain Inn offered made the stay well worth it! The room was small, but comfortable and clean. Plus who wants to be inside when you're at Estes Park?! The walk to the downtown area and attractions is comfortable 1.5 miles, but there's free shuttle if you want/need it. They offer a heated pool and hot tub, s'mores and popcorn every evening, included continental breakfast with waffles, free snacks and drinks 24/7, several fire pits with plenty of chairs, gas grills with covered picnic tables, games (corn hole, horseshoes, & ping pong) and knowledgable friendly staff. I would definitely stay here again.

Great little motel! Reading the reviews, I was a little concerned about the room being small, but it wasn’t bad at all! I brought my 18 year old daughter and two of her friends for a girls trip to Colorado and the 4 of us stayed comfortably in a double queen room. The waffles at breakfast were good, the popcorn in the afternoon and s’mores by the fire in the evenings were all really enjoyable! The staff was very personable and helpful! The room was clean and comfortable! I would definitely stay again!

Didn't eat breakfast there. My husband is gluten intolerant so there was nothing there for him. Facility was very good for us and the dogs. Extremely clean and the rooms were cleaned every day. The staff was very good and helpful.

The facility could offer some dietary options for breakfast for travelers who are gluten intolerant or have diabetes. Other than that, everything was great with the facility. I have been to this facility one other time and would definitely stay there again.

The staff was so great! I loved all the extra things like s'mores in the evening and a decent breakfast. It was nice to use the pool and hottub at the place next door as well after long hikes in the mountains. Breakfast was solid as well for it not being a chain hotel.

The room was fine, just a little cramped for 2 girls traveling with all their stuff and hiking gear. Most of our stuff just had to be on the floor but that's not the fault of the hotel. We could've packed a little better!

This is a gem if you need a clean small spot to sleep. This is an old motel with tiny rooms that have been redone and the staff pays attention to every tiny detail. Around the property are fire pits, kids play space, a pool, and relaxing chairs. The electronic contact was perfect and I even got a call, since we arrived late, to tell me where to find my key. The breakfast is lovely with a wide selection. For an old motel- this is the best. Rooms tiny and perfect for sleep. Staff are amazing.

We were glad to have a double room option in one hotel room. We loved the fire pit availability with the fountain and enjoyed using the horse shoe pit. The s’mores ingredients and popcorn were a nice touch! The breakfast was simple but had nice options for us. All the staff we had contact with were kind and very helpful! We especially enjoyed Johnny. We appreciate his joy! The rooms were nicely decorated and although small still met our needs for the nights we stayed. Our 25 year old son said his bed was very comfortable. We would highly recommend this spot for those on a somewhat tight budget to consider trying this sweet little in Estes Park.

The room was clean, the front desk staff was friendly, and the free breakfast was adequate to fuel you for a day of hiking in the park. They provided free snacks to take along, and board games and dvd/dvd players to rent.

The property advertised on site hot tub. The hot tub is actually next store at their sister property. It was available for use but slightly inconvenient. AC unit is a window unit and located right by the head of the bed and was uncomfortably blowing on us on and off all night.

Close to Rocky entrances, close to downtown, many different options available for lunch and dinner within walking distance. Staffs are very helpful and friendly.

Rooms are too small, bathroom and the room was almost same size. They have two different hotels under same same office side by side, this one gives motel vibes but still very expensive. Breakfasts are grab and go type mostly. They should have more options considering how much the guests are paying.

Included self serve breakfast starting at 6:30 AM including granola, oats, milk, boiled eggs, orange juice, and packaged peanut butter crackers, granola bars, and wrapped bagels made it easy to get on the trails early. Hot tub soothed our muscles after a day of hiking. Hope to make time for the pool as well during our next visit.
