Comfort Inn & Suites

It was our 43rd wedding anniversary and there were fireworks that night, so that was great to just walk outside to watch. The mexican restaurant was great, everything we needed was right there in that area, food, the liquor store, gas station. The breakfast the next morning was wonderful. A lot of choices.

People smoking below our window on a bench out front on their break or whatever. We like to sleep with our window open, but couldn't because the smoke would come in our room.

Nice place but I was charged twice. I tried to cancel through booking.com as I had initially reserved the wrong night. When I got there, it had not been cancelled and had no reservation for the correct night. They found me a room which was great but I was still charged for the first reservation. Might have been my fault when I rebooked but still had to pay both.

Very confortable room! Spacious toilette. Shower and bed are great. The fastest check in and check out I have ever seen. Staff is really nice.

The breakfast is not great, but ok. Coffee machine is really bad and there is no butter (just something similar in aspect, but tastes really different). The location is not great. It is before city center and walk is a little weird. But there are some restaurants around.

decent breakfast, decaf was not readily available. clean rooms TV was complicated if you happen to hit the wrong button.

I could not hookup on the WIFI, I put in my room number and the password corretly but I could not connect which caused me some monetary issue due to deadlines I had.. very dissapointed in this day andage that Comfort Inn canot provide internet.

The woman at the desk who checked us in was very friendly and helpful. She got our stay off to an excellent start. For noise from outside our room, the hallway turned out to be very quiet even though there was a group of families in several rooms around ours who made frequent visits between rooms.

There were few options for 'climate control' in our room. All were noisy and keeping the room cool through a hot night was a nuisance.

From the beginning I felt as if Comfort Inn was going to be my new home. In fact, my wife and I decided we're going to move here from Boulder with our 2 teenage kids- they can share one bed, we can share the other. Why not? It's a way to save money for our future retirement! I love Comfort Inn, I want to spend the rest of my life there!!

Windows were very dirty

Our room was very clean and comfortable. We were enroute between RMNP and ANP so the location was perfect -- close to the interstate.

The breakfast was not great.... After trying the eggs, I opted for the yogurt.

Staff was exceptional. Breakfast was awesome and they were always refilling so things would not run out. I have stayed at places that when it gets close to done time they run out.

Nothing

I was in town for a bike race and shipped my bike directly to the hotel. The staff was absolutely wonderful with helping me out with getting the bike. The front staff and the Assistant Manager (can’t remember his name) all wonderful, but the Assistant Manager just went out of his way to help out, really just a great guy. Ease of comfort. Yummy breakfast with waffles or simply yogurt and juice. Kids live the pool and the work out room.
