super comfortable king size bed in large second story room was a treat. The overhead fan and air conditioner drowned out any traffic noise from the front. Huge bathtub with jets was a prelude to an excellent night’s rest. Brenda teh hostess cooked us a delicious and hearty breakfast (French toast and perfectly crisp bacon and fresh fruit) which set us up for a day of hiking. She also made very useful suggestions about how to visit the National Monument nearby. Would def return, and look forward to all the renovations currently underway.

The house was easy to find. Our room was very spacious, fully equipped and spotlessly clean! Brenda was a very nice and welcoming host who cooked delicious breakfast for us and had some excellent tips for our visit!

Only a small thing comes to mind: The air conditioning in our room was pretty loud and we turned it off for the night. It worked well though and was highly appreciated since it had 39C/102F!

We were travelling around Colorado on our honeymoon and Brenda was by far the friendliest & most accommodating host we had the pleasure of staying with. The room was large with space to relax. However the star of the show was Brenda's breakfasts. Every morning we would look forward to our breakfast, which were all of exceptional quality. The dynamic in the room is so friendly and welcoming. Brenda has a way of engaging with all guests and allows them to be brought into conversations. As shy Brits, we felt instantly at home. It was hard to leave!

Brenda was very friendly, and the facility was excellent. The room was awesome and huge, and the bed was very comfortable. The jacuzzi tub was amazing. Breakfast was really good and enjoyable. This is an exceptionally good value and we had a great time. The location is convenient to Arches National Park (1.5 hours) and Colorado National Monument (30 minutes). This is located in Grand Junction and has excellent dining nearby. I highly recommend this place for your trip to the area!

The host, Brenda, was friendly and helpful. She also made yummy food for breakfast and helped us out with a special request. 😋 The location was perfect for us and very quiet. We slept soundly on the comfortable king bed and would definitely stay again.

Not being able to stay longer, but we had to get to our next destination.

Breakfast was great, although I would like to see better options for people on a high protein diet or those that are diabetic. I really liked all the lighting you had in the room and several electric outlets for devices. The whirlpool bath was fabulous although a couple of support bars would have been helpful. The rooms were spacious and well designed! Bed was yummy!

The breakfast was world class. Great recipes. We loved that Brenda visited with us just like we were guests in her own home. The room was beautiful and well kept. We asked for a couple more towels and they were provided immediately. We loved the flowers and outdoor decoration as well, but especially the places to sit outside and the lovely stream running by the property.

This could not have been foreseen, but we are used to a pretty firm mattress and the one in our room was pretty soft. But it did not give us a back ache or cause us to lose sleep.

The location was wonderful. Our room, Kokopelli, was large and comfortable; the bed was very comfortable. The room open out to a deck over a small, lovely creek. Peaceful and restful. We will stay again.

We were there in a very hot time. The AC was adequate, especially with the ceiling fan, but not quite up to the unusual heat. This was not a big problem, though. Since I like to sleep cool, I would have liked a few more degrees of coolness. But really, what a non-problem for such a lovely place to stay.

Very large room which was well appointed. The breakfast was great. Brenda is a wonderful hostess, she made us feel like we were friends visiting her home.

The location isn’t bad it does require transportation to go out to eat or see the town.

Brenda and breakfast were highlights. Also, we felt very secure and private.

Shower in the room was old and rusty. Maybe time for update. Also, the landing at the top of the stairs, to exit/enter directly into the dining area from our room, was pretty dirty.
