Days Inn by Wyndham Grand Junction

We were so positively surprised by the cleanliness of rooms and facility in general. The lady at the check in counter was super welcoming, and check in was fast and easy. The room itself was clean and looks like it was recently renovated, all the faucets brand new and the water pressure was perfect. Fluffy towels, comfortable bed. Parked right in front of the room.Also, I got to mention breakfast: my husband and I made several cross-country trips and seldom found a nice and filling breakfast included in the price. Here there were some tasty croissant sausage sandwiches (frozen, but there are several microwave ovens in the breakfast room), crispy juice apples, yogurt, pastries, cereal, 2 types of juice, cocoa and coffee. No tea, but we brought our own teabags. Hot water is provided as well. Our AC acted a little during the night, so we called the frontdesk and got a heater. No noise during the night, idk if thats because of the walls or we just didnt have any neighbors. Check out process was also easy and fast. Overall a great value for the price, and i repeat - we stayed in a lot of different motels, but this one gets to our top list. Will definitely stay there again if in the area.

Well, the AC wasn't working properly as i mentioned, but front desk solved this issue very quickly.

We did not have the breakfast due to dietary restrictions, but the other guests present seemed satisfied with the selections and quantities. The room was very clean, TV channel selection was great, and after dark, there was no noise.

We did have to visot the office twice in the morning to try and turn in our room keys, as the desk staff were occupied with other business out of the office, but we were super satisfied with their friendliness and service!

staff was nice and attentive. The two things that were not good was the stairs exterior really needed to be power washed they were very dirty. The other thing is you didn’t have a constant fan option on the heater cooler it kept going off and on all night long which being a light sleeper woke me up. A constant fan noise helps when other guests are noisy or just moving about. It helps drown out any noise from outside the room.

Lack of “constant fan” on the heating cooling system it went on and off several times throughout the night and I did not have a good nights sleep because of it. I was either too hot or too cold

The size of the room. The location being right off the freeway and the accessibility of nearby munchie posts.

Everything that could be controlled by the staff was great. But our neighbors were a bit loud in the early morning hours. It sucked we didn't have a phone in the room to call down to the office and make a noise complaint. But I did enjoy my stay otherwise.

Room was very clean. The bed was a perfect firmness. Fridge was quiet (some room fridges can make a lot of noise).

the room was a little old and smelled like cleaning chemicals.

Very convenient wonderful staff breakfast was good

Our room was not cleaned very well found clothes from prior guest night stand sticky cigarette ashes in drawer next to bed shower head broken so was spitting water I stayed at this property before very nice just got a bad housekeeper clean this room before we rented it I guess

The lady at the front desk I wish I would have gotten her name she checked me in and out. She helped me get into a room even tho I got in earlier than expected. She was very efficient amd friendly. She needs a raise

The beds could have been more comfortable they were small also the walls seem so thin you can hear your neighbors and vice versa I traveled with a 1 year old so I felt like I needed to keep her as quiet as possible

I liked the location, the price and the staff. The room was comfortable and clean. I also appreciated the morning breakfast items.

Prior to our arrival, I had confirmed by e-mail that us four golfers would be met at the AMTRAK station to be transported to the property by shuttle. I was asked to call upon arrival. I did that and the phone at the property was never answered. Ultimately, I used Lyft to take me to the airport to pick up our rental vehicle. I returned to the AMTRAK station to pick up my fellow travelers and we transported ourselves to the property. Very disappointing!

I pretty much like the property. Clean rooms, free parking, good WiFi, solid breakfast (juice, granola, milk, yogurt, fruit, frozen egg sandwich).That frozen egg sandwich should replace for regular bread and eggs and would amazing.

The only minus is that have arround 70 TV programs, but in reality it worked 2 programs, so it is like without TV.

I was in town on short notice and this Days Inn is located in the perfect location. You can walk across the street to eat, you’re less than a 2 minute drive to Starbucks and a grocery store, and it’s about 6 minutes to a Walmart super center. Spacious room, clean facilities, and the staff was very friendly.

Walls are very thin and therefore the hotel is noisy. I probably wouldn’t book if I was on a leisurely stay, but you trade certain things when you’re looking for price and ultimate convenience - which this place checks all the boxes. If you’re a frequent traveler you just understand noise is going to be a thing in certain stays, and that’s perfectly okay
