The front desk guy was super nice and helpful. We were surprised how nice the room was given the hotel is a motel layout which typically has basic rooms. The room was spacious and bed was very comfortable with very nice linens. Highly recommend The Dive within walking distance for a nice dinner and beverage.

Breakfast was good but we got there around 9:30 am on a Saturday so a lot was already put away which was a bit disappointing. We understood that they wanted to get started on cleaning up so it was not a big deal.

Breakfast was at the far end of the complex and would require either going in the car or pushing a wheelchair a block. Didn't partake.

The Handicap room didn't meet our needs although I realize it would be impossible to meet all requirements. Wasn't able to check out a day early as the clerk wasn't able to help and I had no access to a computer to do so.

The take-out breakfasts were always warm and tasty. The location was great, right on Main St. The cleaning service and reception were all VERY good. The sauna/bath was a soothing relief to a day filled with hiking and driving. The bed was comfortable and there was an assortment of pillows. Refrigerator, microwave, heater in the bathroom, sauna, TV channels - all good amenities.

AC blew into closed curtains, spreading them out into the room and creating a downward draft onto the bed. Had to adjust with "blocking" the direction of the air using a chair and pillows. AC needs the ability to adjust direction of air. Otherwise, it was cool and not too noisy (being in the window).

Breakfast was great! Location was great! Close to everything in walking distance plus close to our niece/nephew.

Only thing-the breakfast room could be bigger for when you get a lot of people. Thursday morning it was over filled with people!

They were very busy due to a storm that came in. I had booked a few hours before so my reservation was ready and they got me in very quickly. Great location in a good part of town.

Frankly the hotel is a bit old and needs a renovation but comfortable. The Lobby is nice and the access is pretty good. The parking is pretty limited as a motel style facility it is pretty tight. Breakfast was still Covid influenced with bagged lunches you came and picked up.

Staff is helpful, and a good room with a good in-room hot tub, an indoor pool and a hot tub.

There is some maintance needed, the toilet fan was extremely noisy and a bulb needed to change. Staff at reception promptly changed teh bulb but could not sort out the fan.

The staff (especially Nick) was very helpful! I had a motorcycle issue (flat tire) that he helped me out by giving me a ride to and from the motorcycle dealer across town. It would have been a long walk otherwise. It was much appreciated.

The wall heater/AC unit was kind of noisy. No biggie.

Friendly staff, responsive, clean.

Breakfast -but we understand it was impacted by Covid. Could really use more towel bars. We don't need clean towels (or sheets) every day, but only one towel bar to dry them on. With drought, offer option of not cleaning every day.

The room was clean, functional and conveniently located. After not riding it for three days, my wife’s motorcycle wouldn’t start. The maintenance man went to his house and brought several battery chargers to help us out. We were very grateful.

I can’t find anything to complain about. I will stay there again.

Breakfast was fine. The location of the hotel was central to the town and east to get around.

No complaints or recommendations for improvements.
