Reign or rain... however you spell his name was absolutely amazing!! We had a bit of turmoil and he got us a room and everything was quick. It really saved us after a 20+ hour drive. Even after he worked with us while we were getting our housing situation figured out. Truly an amazing experience. Thank you reign/rain!

Close to I-25. Breakfast was solid, multiple hot options. The rooms were spacious, clean and comfortable. The staff was very helpful.
Breakfast was good but more lukewarm than hot, enough to make me wonder if it was healthy. No problems though.

They didn’t come get the trash and the toilet keeper clogging but other then that it was great

the rooms were nice and clean, and we were able to keep cool with the a/c. Happy with the included breakfast.
The elevator was small. The room card only worked sometimes to let you in from the outside door. check in took a while. There’s usually only one person at the front desk.

We asked for service for the room but when we returned, nothing was done. The breakfast from 8 am was still there after 10 pm. The sheets weren't changed and the towels were not replaced.

Overall the experience was very good. Shelly the gal appearing to be the manager was very helpful and attentive. The facility showed its age but she overwhelmingly was dealing w her staff to address some issues

Beautiful 😍 we loved the Lobby area with the fireplace and lounge with the yummy breakfast 😋 our children enjoyed the pool and the room is huge and very convenient! The location is also a plus! Thank you for your great service and we look forward to renting here again, soon!

The staff was friendly. We had ordered out for pasta and the order did not come with plastic ware. The front desk located plastic ware and saved the day.
The wifi was inconsistent. I was not able to get on with my phone, but my husband was able to use the wifi at times on his ipad.

Big room, clean facility, friendly staff, good location, and good selection for breakfast (waffles, eggs, sausage, cereal, pastries, juice, and coffee) Also, the pool and hot tub were very clean and the pool is heated nicely. I would definitely recommend this hotel to others.
