the spacious living room and kitchen accommodated me and my partner perfectly for our 5 day trip down to Denver from Steamboat for the Nuggets playoff game, allowed us to not only store any leftovers from the restaurants but also properly heat it up in the oven or even cook a full meal on the stove

our hotel room was left open by housekeeping after returning from being gone all day at a festival , immediately freaked out thinking something was gone informed front desk and asked to be on the no clean list … keep in mind we had the DND sign out front. my thoughts were she opened it thinking it was on her cleaning list and instead of shutting the door she attempted to quietly close it but resulted in leaving it open for 7+ hours

Convenient location, excellent staff & housekeeping cleaned only when we needed. Washing machine was broken & the one that can use, had clothes in it that no one came to get. Staff came in & threw clothes on counter in a bag so that others can use the washing machine. Kitchen was wonderful to save money & cook your own food instead of always buying out.

Ice was never cleared off sidewalks or drop off area getting into main lobby, very slippery. Tenants above us would be running or jumping, front desk told us we can move. They won't tell the ones making all the noise to move, but told them to not stomp or jump around & it worked only for one night. Noise continued through our stay. Dishwasher smelled really bad when used.

Large sprawling property. Good open layout. Good breakfast. Large rooms and comfortable beds. We love getting a two bedroom suite because it’s very large and comfortable and has a big full size kitchen. This place is hardly ever crowded when we visit at least once per year. plenty of space away from people. It’s almost like having a large apartment with two bedrooms.

It not that bad, but the interior has not been updated in awhile. We stay at this property at least once per year for about the last 8 years and nothing has been updated. Starting to notice wear like missing floor tiles and darkened carpets. Not too bad but it’s starting to get that way. Shower doors always leak water out to bathroom floor.

The room was very clean and well taken care of. It was nice and quiet on the 3rd floor. The staff at the front desk were super friendly and were glad to help when i had questions. The breakfast was also great. We never went out or had to cook our breakfast.

There were three main things that could have been better. 1) the shower would randomly change temperature and get really hot. But it was something that was of minimum importance to me. 2) not enough pans in the kitchen. No pizza pan, pizza cutter, and only 1 skillet to cook with that got too hot when cooking. 3) the pull out sofa bed is very small. My older child slept on it alone and my little one was luckily small enough to lay on the couch beside him. Overall, I would definitely stay here again. One important thing is that you have to drive 1 to 2 hours to see mountains or do outside stuff (estes park and such).

This was by far the best hotel we have stayed at as a family. We have three kids so it is very difficult to find places for shorter stays without having to rent a house. With our last minute changes to a trip and it including all of our kids, there were no affordable rentals so a hotel it was. The staff was great, the hotel was clean, our beds were comfortable and being able to have our girls in their own bedroom with a bathroom and tv was amazing because our three year old could sleep in the sofa bed, which he loved, and not be disturbed. The full kitchen was amazing. The towels were soft and fluffy and the kitchen came with dishwasher detergent, dish soap, paper towels and extra storage in the cabinets. I can’t say enough good things about this place. Parking was easy, it felt like a very safe area with all kinds of stores and restaurants very close by. Whenever we make it out to the Denver area again, with or without kids, we will be staying here.

Loved the double king room we had! GREAT value. Family of four with two fussy young adults (16 and 21). The two full size bathrooms was a huge plus and kept the arguments to a minimum. Each king bed was in a separate room with double doors to close for ultimate privacy. The website photos did not do this room justice! Plus -- there was a fully stocked kitchenette and a sitting room with a third(!!!) big screen TV. HUGE room gave our family of four the room to move about comfortably. A GREAT value for this size room. All conveniences surrounded hotel location. Target across the street not to mention bagel stores, grocery, drug stores -- everything you needed. Highway entrance right there. Would definitely return for that big, generously sized double king room.

It would be nice if coffee canisters were left out for guests past 9am when breakfast service ended.

We had a two-bedroom apt, and it was pretty damn spacious.

I told the housekeeper to comeback in 30 mins, when she came to clean our room. Well she came back in like 5 mins and waited outside the door. At the point I realized she didn't speak English, so it was kind of my fault. But we just about ready to head out so it was what it was.

Location, cleanliness, amenities, attention to details... everything was fantastic!

The bunk beds did not suit our needs, unfortunately. The lower berth was too close to the upper berth for children or adults to sit upright. Basically, it went unused, and some of the guests had to sleep on the floor. But apart from that minor inconvenience, the overall service was great!!

The staff was very nice and answered all my questions. Explained some of my issues and always felt listened to and supported and everything was resolved

No alternatives with the pork. But a generous choice for breakfast.

Our 4 person adult family booked the one bedroom suite and that worked well. Very nice to have a kitchen. There is a full hot breakfast every morning. Although it is advertised as smoke-free, someone (s) certainly enjoyed cannabis...there was a smell of weed throughout the hall most mornings and evenings.

The design of the suite requires one to pass through the bedroom to get to the bathroom.
