Extended Stay America Suites - Denver - Tech Center South - Inverness

I have to say that the staff throughout my whole stay has been very helpful, understanding and willing to work with me. I have stayed over a week and to be honest I could have gone to a different property for less money but I've stayed here because of there kindness and working with me with the booking of the room almost nightly and for that I will gladly pay a little more. So I want to say thank you to everyone of them as they all were helpful in a different way but worked as a team to bring customer satisfaction with my stay..

As for the stay it was great. What I didn't like was having to cause the staff do extra work just to work with me..

The bed was comfortable and everything in the kitchen and bathroom was clean and worked well.

I had some difficulty staying warm, even with the heater on and turned up. Had to wait awhile for a staff member to turn up to check in and out at the front desk. Not such a problem when I was arriving, but it made me late to my work training when I wanted to checkout because I had to wait 15 minutes for the front desk person to arrive.

This is a wonderful location, I stay here each time I’m in town. Made a reservation and was accommodated accurately. My room was ready upon arrival, clean, fresh, stocked with towels. All the staff members at this location are friendly, polite, and professional. This time was helped by Tanya she’s always so night, happy,and has a well organized and well managed facility, also offering a laundry coin pay, all working equipment aswell as back to offering a coffee bar and breakfast refreshments. I recommend this property for business or personal travel! I also always remember how friendly and professional

While I'm used to my Sleep Number at home, the bed was comfortable. While I didn't have much to put in it, the full-size fridge was wonderful! I was also pleasantly surprised by the selection of channels on TV.

A vanity or extra table would be helpful in the bathroom. A luggage stand would be nice. There was a foul odor in my room, noticeable immediately upon walking inside. Smells like someone smoked pot in here a while back, perhaps? Not very inviting. The down-filled pillows seemed to be past their prime, with feathers coming out.

Definitely value received. For the quality of the accommodations compared to the price... There is nothing around to compare it to.

The breakfast really could use a little more attention. It's a couple if granola bars, muffins that always taste stale and oatmeal packets that can't be replenished one they run out in the morning. It's something but it's kinda sad.

I like customer service. Very nice.

The room was not clean as it could be under the bed The sink bathroom was not working the water fill up The carpet was not clean it was some smell when we came in the room. The rest was clean. Not elevator.

I always stay at this location when I come to Denver. The Coustomer service representatives are always friendly and professional, my room is always ready upon arrival so after deplaning and reaching my destination in always greeted by name my room is ready upon arrival, always clean fresh and extra towels supplied daily it’s like a home away from home clean, comfortable and ready. This time I was greeted and served by Tonya and Lecia I honestly love being treated with importance and comfort, I highly recommend this location for business trip or family vacation!

I always stay at this location when in town. Staff here is always friendly and professional.. The rooms are always clean, fresh and stocked with towels daily, extra amenities upon requests the front desk. Each time I make a reservation my room is always ready upon my arrival from the airport. Tanya was happy to see me always enjoy short conversations with here each time she’s a sweet person always has something positive to say about the weather how things are going ect.
