Maron Hotel & Suites

Great location. Our King Suite was clean and well maintained. It looked new. The staff was extraordinarily helpful and pleasant. Very convenient parking.

Room set up is terrific for a family (separate bedroom for parents with comfy bed - kids on pullout couch separated by a bathroom area.) Kids seemed comfortable enough on the pull out couch. Good amount of space. Very clean. This is much more comfortable set up for families. This is the main reason we enjoy this hotel. This is our second time staying here.

Breakfast is not much to get excited about. A little cart with coffee, cheap bagels, whole fruit. Coffee was satisfactory - fresh made. But we are not big breakfast eaters so it was sufficient for us.

It was very simple. Not terrible but not great either. Coffee was a little cold. But it did the job on the go.

Room was great, spacious and very clean. Hotel was very clean walking around. The staff was friendly, helpful and very nice. Only complaint was that the heat was in full blast in the room and couldn't be adjusted. The staff tried to help us shut it off to lower the temps, but it didn't work, so the room was extremely warm at 82 degrees. We finally opened the windows to cool the room. The staff was wonderful and tried their best to help. Clearly there was a thermostat issue. Beyond that the stay was excellent!

The staff was professional and very kind. The room was big and clean and the bed was comfortable. Few minutes from the interchange to the highway. A big shopping mall is a few minute's drive from the hotel (Danbury Fair Shopping Mall) Stop & Shop supermarket is located 200m from the hotel.

The bed was really comfortable! I upgraded to a room with a sleep sofa for just a $2 charge via Booking.com and was pleasantly surprised to see that the king bed was in it's own bedroom separate from the sleep sofa living room area so my son was able to sleep there with a little more privacy than expected for us all. The staff was also very friendly.

The remote control for the TV could use an upgrade so as not to have to scroll through all the channels to get to the one you want. The continental breakfast could use a toaster for the bagels but in these covid times, I understand the need for the quicker grab & go style.

This was a one night stop on our way to Maine. We just needed a room for the night that was close to our route. We enjoyed the wood fired pizza place across the street for dinner and took a walk through the campus of Western Conn State U which was peaceful (no students on campus). The front desk staff was very friendly.

We used the sofa bed which wasn't super comfortable - but haven't found one yet that really was comfortable. The coffee in the room was not strong enough but there was coffee in the lobby. The 'grab and go' breakfast was just bagels (didn't see a toaster?) and some pastries.

The woman at front desk was very friendly and helpful. We were able to get two sets of adjoining rooms. Overall great comfort and we will stay here again when we are in this area. We were a group of 8 women, and we all felt that the accommodations were great.

Only Bagels with cream cheese and coffee for breakfast, but we went to a local diner and had an exceptional breakfast there.

Location was near highway but I did not notice highway noise. Samantha and Mary Elizabeth were friendly, helpful, cheerful and wonderful to deal with. I cannot say anything bad about this experience. I will stay here again. Even on Fri and Sat nights, it was full, but noise was extremely minimal. Very pleased as I am a light sleeper.

Complimentary breakfast could be better, but canoot complain in this time of Covid still

King suite is spacious. Everything worked the way it supposed too. Hotel is close to Rt. 84, but there was no noise. Ever saw an elevator door to be a mirror?

Breakfast is the major problem. Their restaurant is still closed, so breakfast is just an apple, an orange and a little bun all placed in a plastic bag. What is not fair is that they still advertise rooms with "breakfast included" clause. Week wi-fi signal on the third floor. Eventually worked, but was flaky.

The manager Mary Elizabeth was extremely professional and personable in greeting us. She was very attentive to our needs. The room was very clean. The hotel is very quiet and every area was neat and clean.

There was nothing during our stay that needed correction. As previously stated, everything was great. You will not go wrong staying at this hotel.
