Courtyard by Marriott Norwalk

It felt like an upscale hotel and the price was reasonable. Every single staff member was really nice and always said hi when you passed through the halls. I have never experienced that at other hotels I have stayed at. I really want to point out the staff member named Vladimir. He made our experience the best we could have had and he truly cares about the guests at the hotel. He deserves a raise or promotion. He is customer service oriented and he is consistent with how he delivers it.

I think there should be more Starbucks drinks available

Great price. Room was clean and did not smell like cleaning solution. Bed and pillows were comfortable, no issues. Towels were clean but not too bleachy.

Only problem was bathroom fan did not work well so it stayed musty for awhile after shower. All else was great.

Staff was super, very accommodating! Room very nice, only drawback was elevators went out for a couple of days.

Should have had an emergency elevator repairman on hand. Having had knee surgery less than a year ago, it wasn't as comfortable as I would have liked.

No complimentary coffee in the lobby in the morning. We couldn’t remember ever staying anywhere that did not have this. Room coffee is always terrible due to powdered creamer.

This hotel was just recently renovated and it shows. The carpet in the room still had that slight new carpet smell. The funiture in the room looked modern and clean. The hotel is located right off the highway and there are a number of restaurants nearby. This hotel is probably the best hotel to stay at at a reasonable price closest to New Canaan, only a few miles away.

Jan 8 2022 we had plenty of snow and the parking was not properly sanded I infor the staff and she agreed and smiled . We arrived after 6 pm so we were surprised that it was icy and had to maneuver in the parking lot to make are way into the hotel

Bathroom facilities. Bed and pillow comfort. Room was clean and did not smell musty.

Curtain for shower got wet and made puddles outside of tub. Not terrible just annoying.

Great renovated rooms. Nice reception. Very helpfull staff

No options for breakfast. It has a Starbucks small espresso bar with terrible croissons and mediocre coffee. It is a pity we must go out for morning coffee because lobby area is bery nice.

It was ok…but from the car to building is either stairs or up hill to the doors.. hall carpet excell room carpet need hall carpet..staff cordial

The stairs or up hill push to get to a door. No tub, just shower.. Needed towels for three people, only had for two in room..

It does have plenty of parking... even though booking.com says it doesn’t. Also the new renovations were fantastic.

if I had to complain, it would be nice to have a microwave in the rooms.
