breakfast was amazing. the breakfast staff are great and selection is better than any other hotel I've seen. clean rooms and common areas. pool is warm and clean. very comfortable stay

I didn't realize I booked a room with one king bed and we are a family of two adults and two kids. upon check in, no one questioned our room choice and sent us on our way. we called the front desk to ask for a cot when we realized sleeping would be difficult, and we’re told “yes we have them, but your room is too small for one. want an extra pillow and blanket?” my son ended up sleeping on the floor the first night and we sent him to stay with family the second night to spare him having to do that again. it would have been nice if at check in we were told our room selection wouldn’t be sufficient for our family size

And the front desk people were absolutely the best there was a young lady that works there and she was able to help me. She gave me a few things because they lost my luggage I had nothing she gave me a toothbrush toothpaste and several other things. The gentleman that works at night I believe his name is Donahue? He was always so pleasant and helpful. It was so nice to come back to the hotel in the evening and have a smiling face waiting a cheerful hello.

I can’t think of anything that could have been done better. My only regret is that I didn’t get to use the pool because it was beautiful.

Very large, nice and soft king bed and pillows! Fantastic hot breakfast i.e real scrambled eggs, sausage patties, oatmeal, waffles, toast, bagels. Many cold options of cereal, yogurt, 8-10 healthy toppings i.e. nuts, seeds, chocolate, etc. Fruit, juices, variety of cofees, hot chocolate. Very clean and other of seating. Beautiful tile floors, quick and quiet elevator.

Pool was under construction, so unavailable.

This hotel was exceptionally clean,and the staff were very helpful and friendly. Very welcoming. The restaurant attached to the hotel, Craft Kitchen, was amazing.

The water pressure and temperature from the shower was very lukewarm. Even after switching rooms, it didn't seem to help . Also, the breakfast was underwhelming, and I wish the pool was a bit larger .

My family and I were there for my son’s baseball team. They were in the regionals in Bristol. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay just like home. Anything we needed the staff was right there to help. I really wish I had gotten their names bc I really would like these particular staff members to get credit. One woman I do know work in the kitchen and was a retired nurse. Over this hotel staff has got together!!! The only thing this hotel needs is a bigger pool! And I only say that bc I have children ages 10 and 12.

The pool could have been bigger. I am aware with Covid that there has to be certain restrictions in place but the one hour reservations did stink esp with having children. That was the only thing i

The breakfast was excellent, full menu. not just cold cereal. Had coffee, tea, lemon water, and hot chocolate 24/7.

One night the power went out for a minute. Came back on, but no TV. We, asked the next morning and a young lady came up and fixed it.

Unfortunately there was some vandalism to vehicles in the parking lot, first night there was a vehicle with a broken window, and the last morning there was a vehicle that all 4 wheels had been stolen

Best hotel breakfast I've found, with lots of options. Pleasant staff, and a nice room. The later checkout time was wonderful - noon instead of 11am like most hotels have.

Wish there had been a USB port at the desk. The bed was less comfortable than I was expecting - a little too firm for me, so I woke up with a back ache.

Access to the pool as well as the on site restaurant. The beds were very comfortable.

Lack of room selections. Not enough spacious rooms for families. The hot tub was also not working.

Madeline at the front desk is a wonderful caring person. All staff was good but she stood out ! Also the young lady who put our breakfast and cleaned our room was great. Very friendly and helpful.
