We checked in after 9 pm. The young person on the desk was SO nice, polite, efficient, and helpful. Our request for a ground floor room was easily resolved. The room still smelled faintly of "new." The paint and flooring looked recent. The bathroom was sparkling clean. The in-room climate control knobs were a bit wonky-- but it was late, and I was tired.

The parking lot had lots of used cigarette butts. HOWEVER, that's pretty common in New England without the snow to hide them.

I was in need of an extended stay and was accommodated with open arms. The manager was beyond exceptional. I would recommend him to be a district manager because I believe he possess a great deal of knowledge of the industry.

I have no complaints...I've been accommodated even when I Didn't need a service.

Rooms were not bad but staff were very welcoming and the area was also very decent 😁

Very convenient location and a better bang for your buck than other budget motels close by, but leaves a lot to be desired. The room was pretty clean but the facilities are disheveled - stairwells and balconies need a good sweep and pressure wash. There was a larger fridge and freezer and convection oven, both very clean, but nothing else in the room. No coffee pot, disposable cups, hair dryer, or even soap. There were wall mounted dispensers for soap, lotion, body wash and shampoo which would be nice if not empty. We had to ask for a "do not disturb" sign. Seems to cater to a lot of long term guests. The room was $50 less for 3 nights than another branded motel I had booked, entered the room and got a refund for because of filth, so overall, I was grateful for the room and rate but it was just okay.

The property needs a good deep clean. That would take the attention off the shoddy renovations and paint job.

I did like the price. I did like the size of the room with the table and chairs and large counter top.

I wasn't a fan of seeing that they must rent rooms out to people to live there. Made us feel a bit unsafe. The toilet had issues flushing and it had a moldy smell in the bathroom. The shower looked gross so I didn't shower in the morning.

The FIRST room (R#126) had an Moldy odor / SECOND room (R#232) opened the door with a key and someone was already in the room / THIRD room (R#253) sheet on a bed, stains and very dirty. VERY UPSETTING

Larger than normal for a hotel fridge and microwave, but the top of the fridge (which you could see because it is short) was filthy.

Stepped on shards of glass barefoot that hadn't been vacuumed up within minutes of arriving, no cups for water, no coffee maker, only bath towels (no hand towels or washcloths), shampoo/soap dispensers on the shower wall were empty, room smelled like mildew, uncomfortable beds, lots of noise from other guests.
