Best Western Plus New England Inn & Suites

I loved the setup and the amount of space in the room. I loved that there was a spa tub available as an option along with having a personal shower. The breakfast was definitely one of my favorites, as all of the food was really well made/prepared and delicious, and nothing was left a mess. The staff and the main person at the front desk check-in, was very accommodating, so I was very pleased with that, as there could've been some slight improvements.

The cleanliness of the room. There were several little black ants all by the spa tub, which was a bit bothersome, as I did not know where they were coming from. The bathroom floor was soaked after each use of the shower, as there is a gap at the bottom of the shower, which I did not feel is necessary, as there was airflow at the top of the shower. Lastly, it seemed as not all of the dressers/nightstands were not wiped down recently, so my boyfriend and I put down wash cloths on the nightstands before putting our personal belongings down on them.

getting to the hotel required that you go past it and then do a U-turn. bed and pillows were too hard. guests in room next door were way too LOUD, past 11pm at night. Called hotel staff to complain and he really did not want to address it. Said the hotel was full that night. Staff should walk the halls at 11pm and make sure that is not happening.

The beds were extremely comfortable and the noise level, considering that I was on the first floor and very close to the pool, lobby, and breakfast area was very low. I have trouble sleeping away from home but found it very easy to fall asleep and stay asleep here. There is a lovely sitting area in the lobby with couches and comfy chairs and a fireplace. We met friends and sat there with some wine, cheese, and crackers, The Breakfast area is open and inviting. Some hotels have a cramped area where people are elbow to elbow at food and coffee stations. This one is arranged very thoughtfully and provides a very pleasant start to your day.

Everything was clean

I was woken at 2am with the ppl next door fighting. The guy was screaming and clearly beating his wife, I called the front desk and the gentleman told me they were here for awhile and always fight . He then went to the room where I could hear him speaking with the ppl but they were obviously drunk and after an hour the woman left but the front desk guy seemed to hang out in the room with the man and continued to be loud together until 4 am. Cops should have been called by office

It was great and convenient didn't have to go out to purchase anything very tasty and very filling also very clean. The staff made sure everything was stocked and I love my coffee in the morning and my favorite creamers

On my second night, I went to take a shower and had no hot water. I did leave for the day and when I returned the hallways smelled like marijuana not that it was a problem but I did hear kids on my floor would have said something to the occupants I did have a non-smoking room so I'm not sure why there was smoking on that floor

From checking in to checking out staff was helpful and nice even signed us up for their award points so thanks Jen she was amazing checked us in and out. The room was clean the spa tub was perfect there even was a working gas fire place, so the room was perfect

The breakfast was cold and the breakfast girl was the only person who didn't say good morning to us nor anything when we spoke to her but was talking to the night audit person the whole time maybe why the food was cold...unless you're a person who enjoys cold processed scrambled eggs and sausage (we don't eat pork but I grab one and felt it to see if it was cold too)

The outside looks better/bigger on internet so I got nervous. But as soon as we walked in you could tell it was very clean with just enough space. Person at desk was very nice and welcoming and helped with all my questions. The room was clean and we felt safe. We used the pool once and enjoyed it. Would stay again and would recommend!!

Could smell marijuana from some rooms going by. But it wasn't near my room. Wished breakfast was till 10.

Nice hotel with nice staff. There was an indoor swimming pool. You could get coffee and yoghurt 24/7. The room was nice with a good bed. And it was one of the first places in 3 weeks where we could sleep with an open window.

Again, the pool was ice cold, and breakfast was nothing more or better than in a motel which only costs half the price.

We traveled to attend college commencement for our daughter at Wesleyan University and stayed for one night. The staff were courteous and welcoming. The room was clean and equipped with everything that we needed. We had a room with two queen beds and the beds were very comfortable. The breakfast had hot options as well as vegan options too. The hotel has an indoor pool, gym for working out, offers wifi and has parking. We would come back and stay again.

No complaints.

Breakfast was good. . Staff was pleasant. Cleanliness was good and that's what matters.

Was disappointed that there wasn't a safe in the room. Chair was uncomfortable, Bed was uncomfortable. Housekeeping didn't come in the first day so didn't have fresh towels or new coffee. Pool was a chilly 74 degrees so didn't go in
