Sleep Inn & Suites Dover

I enjoyed the stay. Clean, efficient, and orderly. Plenty of parking. Good location. Plenty of familiar stores. Bally's Casino 5 minutes or $6 Uber ride away. Good traffic.

The egg's, both boiled and scrambled were awful. Buy a better quality. Never serve bought boiled eggs. Make your own, or avoid serving them. There are much better pasteurized eggs available. Look into the idea. You run a 5-Star facility. Everything else about the breakfast was 100%. $166 was well worth it.

When we got to our room, the door had been left open, resting on the door lock. We inquired to the front desk and were told that, apparently, the inspection had probably not been done after room cleaning??? We found that to be somewhat concerning. Also, there was nothing in the minibar, and we were told by the front desk that they did not put anything in the minibar???

Breakfast I arrived at 920am and it was over 945 so all I could manage was eggs and sausage 2 1/2 links. The young lady was running around snatching everything so I could not eat a thing. Refused to communicate and even allow one waffle. It would have nice if Breakfast time was posted. No big deal because we purchased Breakfast somewhere else.

The rudeness from kitchen young lady. One person making a waffle would have earned her a tip.

Room was fine and clean. Breakfast was OUTSTANDING. What a value! Food was hot, fresh and dining area very clean. Coffee one of the best of all the continental breakfast s offered.

Really bothered by TV being across from couch and not bed as my husband needs to rest and often falls asleep watching TV. Room a little shabby and probably due updating, but for a disabled room adequate extra space.

It is a clean and updated facility. The desk people were friendly and helpful. I found it to be a nice quiet room of a good size. They serve breakfast, but I didn't stay for it.

The shower could use an upgrade. The rest of the room was so nice that the shower stuck out as being out of place. They could have a rounded shower curtain rod and a better showerhead. It was functional, just not impressive.

The friendliness of staff, clean lobby, and the printer along with wifi.

The breakfast was horrible, with no variety of choices and that is an understatement. Staff daily struggled to "bring" food from the next-door hotel. the smell of skunk or whatever was noticed throughout the halls. frequent visitors at late hours or should say super early hours for next-door neighbors, this activity makes me change hotels due to the doubtful security for ourselves.

I was actually impressed and surprised even though I had stayed at the next door motel and excess of 3 months this summer I I was kind of apprehensive about going but I was totally impressed and definitely surprised

The only negative thing I can think of that was somewhat awkward limited parking out front and the back entrance exit has no ramp for the luggage racks to be carried over to your cars need to install a ramp there so you can get the luggage carts down into the parking lot we definitely enjoyed ourselves you can tell that by looking at the bed 😁

Everything was amazing the staff was very nice. They made sure we had a kid friendly room. The door peepholes well it had 2 one for the adults and one low enough for them to see out. The shower had a slider for height. My 4 year old had a big girl shower. The remote for the tv was sanitized and wrapped. The room was SPACIOUS! The shampoo and soaps smell so good. There were dogs on our floor and we LOVE dogs.

The only downside was when we came in there was pee sitting in the toilet. Considering everything is amazing I believe it was just a fluke.

Excellent breakfast selections, quality and taste! Staff was very accommodating.

Remote control for TV could have been more functional. Daily room service would have been appreciated for the high price of the room. It was explained during check in that daily room service would not be available for environmental reasons.

The staff was very accommodating they were really nice the place was located right by Dover Downs which was perfect for us. Nice pool our room was clean the bed was comfortable We slept great. The bathroom was spotless but a little rundown and the flat screen wasn't in front of the bed which was beat the room set up doesn't allow it to be. There was no continental breakfast which was beat for the price we paid but McDonald's is right outside the door. All in all I would have to rate it a 8... and thats mainly cause of the cleanliness and the staff. Thanks!!
