Hampton Inn Middletown

The breakfast was ok considering it had to be a grab and go situation bc of covid. The room was super clean and staff was more than helpful. The pool was warm and relaxing. The kids had a blast.

Honestly not much was bad about it. I guess the only thing i could state were they were understaffed and we had to wait about 5 mins for a room to be ready for us. Didnt mind thought. They also gave us free drinks bc of the inconvenience.

It’s very nice to find a hotel with a Jacuzzi also with it being the time of year and the time I went into the pool area it was empty. Their beds are super comfy. The room is set up well with lots of options for sitting.

There was one part of the Jacuzzi that was a little gritty. The bathroom and closet share one door that slides which I’m not a fan of just because I like to shut the door to shut out the light but still keep light on so you can see if you have to get up at night. There was an inner room unit for heat and air but I could not get it to work and I was cold.

The staff was very nice. I didn't get a receipt from the hotel. Because I booked from another source. And one staff member argued with me when I booked the room through the internet. He wasn't going to honor my booking confirmation. The next day he was polite. Another staff member went out of her way to be helpful. Thank you. The hotel was very comfortable stylish and clean. The food was exceptional. And I appreciated the pool being open. I like the Hampton hotel very much.

We were always on the run this vacation, but I definitely enjoyed how nice the staff was the entire time. Even when we couldn't figure out the wifi, it was a simple capitalization problem and was fixed immediately. I was happy to find the tea and coffee was always full and stocked in the morning. I woke my boyfriend up every morning with hot tea thanks to that.

It was clean, most staff were pleasant, and the beds were amazing. I slept well.

Both of the rooms I booked were not ready at the time of check in. My family had to stay in 1 room for awhile until staff called and stated the other room was available. I was very disappointed especially since we drove in from Washington DC.

Shawn and the rest of the front desk associates were great! Polite, courteous & helpful. Will come back again.

One thing I didn't particularly like was that there were flies around the serving spoons at the egg/potatoe/bacon station.

Excellent choice for this category of hotels! Wonderful white cotton duvet sets which were sparkling white and nice to touch. I also had free bottled cold water from the refrigerator which was so nice! The air conditioning was the unit on the wall but the only one of this type that I have found working nicely and was able to set a numeric temperature and keep it on all night. I recommend this hotel and plan to stay again.

everything was great! the only suggestion I have is I would refrain from putting air fresheners in the rooms especially ones with a strong smell…. some people are allergic including myself and we had to remove it from the room

The room was very clean it was really nice...I've never stayed at the Hampton Inn before and I was worried it wouldn't be the best but it well exceeded my expectations it was quiet and it's in the perfect area if you are trying to get to restaurants and other things

Everything was great

great location. plenty of food, shopping in area. very close to back creek, frog hollow, odessa if u like to golf. beds very comfortable. staff all very pleasant. breakfast good options.
