The front desk staff was so friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. They were truly a joy to see in the mornings and upon my daily return to the hotel. Everything was so clean, the hotel decor was so inviting, the breakfast was great, the rooms and bathrooms were spacious. My kids LOVED the pool. I also loved the location of the hotel. Very central. Walking distance to Westown movie theater, Walmart, Metro Diner, Red Robin, Wendy's, the pharmacy, and so much more! We were truly happy. THANK YOU!

At the moment, I honestly can't think of anything that I did not like.

Breakfast selection was good, and provided a variety of items to choose from. I totally enjoyed the swimming pool and the lounge area.

There was no shower curtain hung in my bathroom at time of arrival. My TV did not work properly I was only able to access a few local channels, no cable or premium channel access was available. The TV tech offered to move us to another room on day 2 of our 3 day stay however we had gotten comfortable in that space and was fully unpacked and settled in.

Staff was very friendly. You could smell the new hotel smell as soon as you entered the lobby. Rooms were very spacious and clean. I would stay again.

Wi-Fi was the worst. With it being a new hotel you would think it would be better. Also, why would you put carpet in a new hotel rather than laminate that can be cleaned easier. Breakfast wasn’t bad but a lot of stuff ( yogurt, chocolate milk) was already gone by the time we went down at 8am. No tub to bath little ones but the shower was huge.

very accessible to everything and family

confusing at front desk every day . I stayed 3 days and they still have me down for two.some problems….. never really answered or addressed.they knew I was coming back to see family , after my mothers death and my third night was very expensive, and can’t get a nod from mgmt. for any discount on third night……

The building was overall nice and clean. The people at the desk was very friendly food was good. The layout of the room was good clean the bathroom was nice and clean. Definitely will be coming back to the hotel when I go back to Middletown

I didn't like the pillows but maybe that was a personal preference, there wasn't much I didn't like about the hotel good job!

When we arrived we were issued keys to a room that wasn’t ready - beds were unmade and bathroom not cleaned. We went to the check in desk and they gave us keys to another room that was beautiful. This hotel is new so it was very nice. The only other thing was there was no body wash left in the bottle affixed in the shower.

Breakfast needs work. Needs more healthy choices.

Hot water in shower was not very hot (over multiple days and times). Coffee and hot water service was poor - frequently “out.” Trash in elevator was there over an extended time. Pricey - would probably not have picked this venue but for family exigency.

The facilities were great. Definitely met my expectations.

I had to wait an hour and 20 minutes to get into my room. Other patrons also had to wait. No compensation was offered. I asked for a call from a manager. Did not receive one, so had to call back the next day. Never experienced this before and will probably not return.

The stay was for our parents as their basement was repaired. The managers were so accommodating and helpful. They went above and beyond in so many ways. Thank you.

A shuttle to the surrounding shops would be nice, but we are not complaining. They walked and didn't ask. Maybe one was already available?

all of the staff was so friendly and helpful! It was a beautiful hotel not even a year old the rooms were nice. It was quiet the bed was comfortable. We love the patio and the fire pit. Great breakfast in the morning I would definitely recommend this hotel.
