Beautiful, well-decorated, brand new apartments with full kitchen and washer dryer. Pet friendly. Free parking. The location is amazing — right near the beach, intracoastal, downtown Boca, Mizner Park. We researched a LOT of pet friendly hotels with kitchens. The value for the cost absolutely can’t be beat.

There are, understandably, a few growing pains as this property is new. The Wi-Fi was not functional enough to do basic work or watch video. I actually had to upgrade my cell phone plan to get a hotspot so that I could do work. It was very difficult to get in touch with staff before our stay and we didn’t find people in the office while we are there. The property manager is available by text but I hope for his sake they find another option! And then small things that could be resolved with a note in the room — where to throw garbage, where to get new garbage bags, is there any turn down service for longer stay guests, etc. Sounds small, but if you are staying there for a while it would be worth bringing your own towels as theirs are very thin.

We loved the renovated look. It feels like vacationing in the tropics. the apartment was spacious and the bed comfortable. The cleaning women were wonderful and kind.

I didn’t like that there was no on-site manager, and the hallway lights shining through the glass front door made sleeping in the foldout couch difficult. plus there was no deadbolt or any kind of lock for nighttime security.

The location is absolutely perfect. You can walk to the beach barefoot and in a bathing suit. Next to the hotel there is a pedestrian crossing across the road, after which parking begins in the green strip in front of the beach. Since hotel residents can park for free next to the hotel, this saves $35 per day, which is what beach parking costs. There are several EV charging stations on the hotel parking. The swimming pool was very comfortable. Next to it is a small Jacuzzi pool with hot water. Haytham and all the staff at the hotel have always been friendly, positive and helpful. The construction of a new house next to the hotel is nearing completion. Sometimes during the day it was noisy from construction work, but the builders are already finishing the roof, so everything should be calm again soon. It was quiet at night. In the rooms and in the common area by the pool there are capsule coffee makers, you can make your own coffee for free. It was also nice that almost every day you could also treat yourself to donuts, which were offered to guests. Toys for the beach, folding deck chairs that you could take with you to the beach, towels were offered free of charge. You can also use bicycles in the hotel, but we did not use them, although there is an infrastructure for cyclists around. In addition to a coffee machine, each room has a dishwasher, washer and dryer, as well as a large refrigerator, stove and toaster. Products, including salt, sugar, vegetable oil and everything else, need to be bought by yourself. Within walking distance there is a seven-eleven, and a 7-minute drive there is a Publix. The room has utensils including pans and pots. Some of the guests were accompanied by adorable dogs which added to the positivity. The main advantage of the hotel is the location.

It’s a great location if you’re looking for it to be a little more on the quiet side and to go to the beach everyday. (It’s a two minute walk across the street). It would be best to have a car, there’s only so much within comfortable walking distance but everything is just a quick drive away whether it’s good eats, drinks, or shopping. There’s plenty of parking in front or the rear of the property for your vehicle. They have a nice little pool area in the rear and a semi enclosed patio area for everyone to use if you want to stay out of the sun. The apartment I stayed in was one of the 1 bedroom units, it was small but perfect for a couple. Everything was clean, and the kitchen had mostly everything we needed to cook a few meals here and there when we didn’t go out. There are also plenty of affordable golf courses in the area if you’re into that.

I can’t think of anything I did not like about the property and I definitely have no real complaints right now other then they were doing lawn work at 8 am on the dot some of the days…. That kind of sucked to wake up to haha.

construction work being done at property that was not disclosed on the property page. There is also construction work being done next door to the pool. I understand that such work is unavoidable but do believe the property has a responsibility to disclose this on their page as it’s very noisy.

The hotel staff was very friendly and accommodating. They provided a crib for our toddler to sleep in. The room and pool areas were both very nice and clean. Walking right across the street to the beach park is very nice. Kitchen had a few small pots to cook with, as well as silverware and dishes, and a dishwasher. Once you figure out how to get checked in, it's a very cool place.

When we first arrived, there was no staff present to answer any questions, so we called the number on the front door, with no answer. After about an hour, we finally did speak to someone, who was very nice and helpful. He gave the instructions to check email for our door code, and even allowed us to check in a couple hours early. Once we were in contact with the office, the rest our stay was great.

the location is great and the suites are very comfortable, fair price

no visible staff to deliver amenities, just a couple of shampoos and body gel that are just for one day. No soap for dishwasher, and if you need more towels you have to figure it out yourself. The bedding that was requested never was delivered. Most importantly when we arrived we were given an apartment and a code to enter the unit, with the unfortunate surprise that when we opened the door, other guests were sleeping and were occupying our designated unit. Very scary situation. Things could have gotten worst if the people woke up and saw us inside the unit. Very bizarre situation.

Had huge room,218. Whole place had Complete remodel. Clean clean. Great bed and pillows!! Great kitchen. Nice balcony. Hot tub was great on chilly day. Pool temp also was cranked up. Fun outdoor space. Had Christmas music playing. Staff was outstanding. Very friendly. Props to our host, Valentina. Walk 3 mins to Peters Pizza and the Boca Beach House…really good food. Plenty of walking distance options. Even 7-11. Used the free bikes they have. Thank you staff for making our stay so comfortable!

Rooms were very well appointed and comfortable. Pool area was very nice, family enjoyed it. lots of seating and lounging area. nice covered area to sit and watch tv and enjoy a coffee. Facility left fresh donuts every day. Location was very good. property was very clean. cleaning staff very nice. Short drive but felt like we were far away from home. It was great that it is a dog friendly place.

There were three BBQs available, but only one of them had gas, so other guests could not use the other two. We ran out of gas in the BBQ, we tried calling the after hours number, but we could not get them, we had to go out and buy gas to finish cooking on the grill.

Location and privacy was wonderful! Parking was so easy. Comfortable, clean and cozy.

I would have liked a deadbolt or to have a number to call or someone to talk to on site to make sure it’s secure. I travel alone and I was a bit nervous the night I arrived on a holiday weekend with a party at the pool. Coffee pods in room would have been a nice little touch.
