Fairfield Inn & Suites Boca Raton

The breakfast was great, plenty of parking and the pool and hot tub were nice and clean. The location was good and we weren't bothered by the noise coming from the airport or 95. Overall it was a pleasant stay and we would come back again.

The hotel had a bit of a smell but nothing we found terribly bad. Also, I was surprised there were not more security cameras throughout the hotel. We only noticed one camera right by the elevator on our floor but I would suggest the hotel add cameras throughout the hallways as well.

Gloria was wonderful to me. She provided me with an early check-in, which I was SO grateful for, and a room with a great view that was peaceful. The room was very clean and very reasonably priced! I would one hundred percent stay here again in Boca. It's also near a Whole Foods which I appreciated. The pool area is lovely, too, and the fitness room has weights, which is the reason I stayed here to begin with!

Maybe a few more breakfast options but honestly they do pretty well for the price of this place.

Hotel staff is polite and professional, check in is quick. Hotel and rooms are clean, beds are comfortable. Breakfast selection is good.

I needed to leave early and asked for a refund for my last day and I don't know if it will be refunded because it was prepaid and not booked through the hotel. Still waiting to hear from someone at the hotel.

The staff was very friendly and accommodating, For example, I came down to breakfast in such a rush that I forgot my mask and hotel key. I stood on the elevator trying to get my sisters attention and the lady at the front desk motioned to me that she had a mask for me. Secondly, the breakfast was amazing! I am not a huge fan of eggs, but decided when in Rome. Oh my word! the eggs were seasoned to perfection! My sissy had seconds! On our way back to our room we decided to grab some fruit and water to take with us as we headed to Miami, There was a woman who said to us" Would you all like a bag to put your fruit in? We chimed in yes! To some people this might seem small, but to frequent travelers we were happy to be met with friendly, helpful staff. The room was amazing! The only down side which had nothing to do with the hotel was the construction. We usually stay at the Hilton but we have decided that Fairfield Inn is our new favorite spot!

We arrived back at the hotel later than expected and we were forced to park further down from the hotel door in an area that was a tad bit dark for my liking.

Bed, shower, staff, bathroom, pool.

No smart tv. Fixed work table to tv. Chair not that comfy. No laundry room. No treadmill.

Convenient location. Great area to stay at, and there’s so many attractions next door. This is next to the boca Raton airport, cinemark theaters, and boomers. This is also near the beach and the town center mall, plus this area is less than 10 mins away from nearby locations. Would definitely recommend and would also come back

Please lighten up on the fitness center rules, as the state of Florida is back to normal. Due to the ongoing circumstance from March 2020, many options were altered or removed. The fitness center needs to be open to all guests

We actually ended up adding an extra day to our intended stay. The room was so comfortable and after over a week on the road we needed the rest. Everything was clean and well kept. The breakfast area was roomy and offered many delicious options. It was a 10 in our book!

We love this hotel and it’s location. It’s always clean and quiet. The staff is friendly and accommodating.

The beds are uncomfortable and I wish there was a rail on the wall in the bathroom by the toilet. The toilet is very low and I have arthritis so it is very painful to get up and down from the toilet.

The room was clean and the breakfast was good.

I don’t like the tub. There were no floor mats & no anti slip mat in the tub. I had an older aunt with me & the tub was very very slippery as is soap Was still in it. It was a scary shower, I almost slipped & was worried about her. I placed a towel on floor earlier so I would not slip Coming out. They need mats inside and out of the tub. Thanks

We stay here every year. Very pleasant staff and accommodations.

Breakfast needs a little more like bacon, grits and/or waffles/pancakes. Otherwise is good. Beds are not very comfortable either.
