We had a studio room - it was large and had everything we needed for our 3 night stay. The pool area is really nice and we spent quite a few hours enjoying it. Staff are really friendly and a pleasure to deal with. Breakfast is good (self service) and loved eating it outside. If ever in the area would definitely come back.
While you can request room service whenever you want it is only offered as a matter of course every 4 days. This comment isn’t specific to this hotel, many to do it and is now becoming tiresome. It is now a money saving scheme, nothing to do with Covid.

quiet and attractive. Staff was friendly and attentive. Breakfast was excellent and breakfast attendant was responsive to all needs and very efficient. Frint desk employees went above and beyond and even found another reservation for us at another motel when we could not extend our emergency stay because they were sold out for the weekend. Wonderful experience. And the cookies and milk took it over the top!!

Everyone we met was super welcoming. Amazing services. Easy to check in and check out. Big room with access to a microwave and a fridge which is good for long stay.
Room needs renovation but was super clean. Having a window that can open might help to change the air. The only thing I would eat in the breakfast was fruits and a yogourt. Can be improve. —- overall we enjoyed our stay because of the amazing services we get.

I was not aware that you had to request room cleaning and towels due to the Covid 19 Virus. The staff was a bit abrupt when asking for extra towels and was told that room cleaning was upon request when registering.

The size of the room was impressive. Very spacious.
Needs some updating. The tub had some rust stains and could use some recaulking. Stains in the carpet in the hallway. Appearance is crucial when trying to make people comfortable. Even though the hotel was clean, the stains made it appear dirty in those areas.

My room was not ready on time, I didn’t get to check in until about 5:30ish but I could definitely bypass that bc my room was spotless n felt sooo clean!
