Hyatt Place Boca Raton

This was my second visit to this hotel, which says a lot! The room was large, 2 very comfortable double or king size beds (sorry don’t remember), a very large closet and separate sofa seating area. You could see the ocean from my room! Breakfast is solid, conceivably could cover most dietary requirements, you shouldn’t leave hungry! The location is ideal, very close to shopping and restaurants and a good stretch of the legs (or an Uber) could get you to the beach in no time! The staff were all excellent!

Overall the room was fine. The door that opened to the area the refrigerator is was wonky, like it might fall off wonky. The door to the bathroom was an opaque sliding glass, which on the surface was a cool feature but it made a wretched sound when you opened or closed it. My daughter figured out how to do it with less noise.

Breakfast was one of the best free breakfast I have encountered at any hotel. I would add that the facility was clean and very well taken care of. The staff was friendly and helped with all of my questions or concerns. There were multiple restaurants nearby and within walking distance. Has a really nice pool on the 4th floor that would be great to relax in at night after work or a day out with the family.

The attached restaurant was associated and could charge things to your room and the parking was a little on the high side. Lack of shopping opportunities that I could find and if it were a family trip, it might miss the mark.

Location, walking distance to many breakfast, lunch and dinner venues. 10-15 min. from tennis facility. Great sleeping arrangements. Nice pool area and gym.

This our second stay here. It is our go-to hotel when our granddaughter has weekend long tennis 🎾tournament's in the Boca area.

▪︎A Small gripe was that I had to go down to the lobby to use a microwave. It would be good if every room had a microwave or atleast every floor a pantry area with access to a microwave.

If you book from booking, get ready for 2nd quality rooms… Everything is so old! We changed rooms twice.

Loved a hotel that provided great breakfast options everyday especially the hash browns and round egg patties. The area was so spacious and clean I was happy to get up early to dine downstairs! Great relaxing family atmosphere- kid friendly yet professional and sterile. A++ And the hotel location is simply excellent - close to all the main attractions and shopping areas.

Towels were always clean but softer( lil more plush) white towels would be extra plus

It was very clean and always smelled so nice anywhere you went in the hotel. The staff was so friendly and happy to help. The pool was clean. The bar made some good drinks as well.

The pool towels were a little small, they were smaller then the room towels but I didn't mind. The breakfast didn't have signs on a few things. They had some egg bites that didn't say if there was meat in them or not. I did have to wait until I could find someone to ask.

my room was extremely dirty with lots of cuffs on n the walls and furniture, hadn’t been dusted in years and the parking situation is very uncomfortable is a multilevel parking where there are no valet carts on the upstairs level where you park, you have to be buzzed in from it to then take the elevator to go to the first level to check in and there is no security on any of the hotel levels so it feels very unsafe specially late at night.

overall good hotel nice rooms , excellent staff and service they even gave me free parking since I stayed in for 2 weeks that was really kind of them

the breakfast is really bad I think with a bit moire effort it could be better

The hotel is located in downtown Boca Raton and it was perfect 🤩, we had access to eating and shopping all in walking distance with the most wonderful Italian restaurant located within the hotel called Louie Bossie (a must dine in if you plan to stay At Hyatt at least twice 😉). Overall the Hyatt was spectacular, very clean and the staff were kind and sufficient for your needs , the pool is located on the 7th floor with a great view and it’s wonderful with plenty of lounges and towels for your disposal , they offer a great complimentary breakfast that doesn’t run out so dig in and go back for seconds lol 😝, but the Hyatt is a must try and you won’t regret your stay !! My fiancé and I can’t wait to return , we plan on making this hotel our destination for our home away from home, Thank You Hyatt !!!!
