Best Western Naples Plaza Hotel

All around a great stay.. staff was super friendly, breakfast area is super comfortable and lots of variety. Breakfast staff was always helpful and kind. We got a room upgrade with an inside lake view which was amazing. Has fridge, microwave and space for luggage. Would definitely stay again

Elevators had some trouble working and ice machine needed some cleaning (black spots on ice). Room were kinda smelly (mushy/smoke maybe) but they turned on a freshener for us (first day only). Location is a bit far away from tourist spots and popular beaches.

Cathy at the reception was great - friendly, helpful, processional.

Like the week before, the first room we were assigned, 321, reeked of cigarette smoke. Went downstairs for another room. When I went downstairs I asked a lady at the reception - not Cathy - why the room smelled of cigarette if it’s a non-smoking hotel. She said people smoke anyway. Not a great answer. No apology. Nothing. Gave me another room. The outside of the hotel was strewn with cigarette butts. People smoke and then they go to the rooms and stink them up. Unacceptable. Not staying there again. But Cathy was great.

It was a nice room and was as clean as expected. The shower was amazing with lots of water pressure! The balcony was an added bonus. I enjoyed having my morning coffee on the balcony and even saw a woodpecker.

The bed was a little hard for my liking. There was WAY too much air freshener in the room. I smelled it all night long. It must have been set to dispense every so often but I never found where it was coming from. I would stay here again, but would ask that no air freshener be used prior to my arrival.

This is my favorite BW when I’m in Naples. From check in to check out, I love it here. Can’t control Mother Nature, but I got stung by a wasp on the patio in the room. I notified the Front Desk as I was leaving and upon my return they had checked the patio and cleared it.

I do recommend the elevators be checked/updated every time, it felt like they would just stop. And stepping out of the room and elevators was extremely HOT. Not sure if the heat was just that intense or an air flow issue. But uncomfortable to say the least.

We had a lovely room facing the pool, breakfast was very good with multiple selections. Maid service was wonderful.

The elevators were terrible and we were told they are being replaced, none too soon. The sign on one button said “press hard.” However you never knew which direction they would take you. You would arrive at a floor and the door didn’t open until you pushed the open button. Very scary.

it’s in an ideal location but has an entrance that is a bit tricky. The parking is fine. Friendly staff throughout the location. In addition, the breakfast crew worked harder than any other place in our month long trip and it showed because they were rarely out of anything. This part is well done/managed.

Guest laundry room could use a little attention. People really use it when you stay at this motel, perhaps some new machines. We see out of order signs every time we stay here.

The room was comfortable and clean. The bed was comfy and the bathroom was clean. Breakfast was your typical continental breakfast but there were plenty of options and it was satisfying. the staff was friendly and helpful. Our room key stopped working on the morning we were leaving and one of the housekeepers graciously let us back into our room after checking our room key.

There really was not anything ot dislike. We were there for an overnight stay and the room and the staff met all of our expectations. The only thing was while checking in we asked the young man about location to the beach and what was at the pier. He did not have much information about the area, but he was also new to the area.

Comfortable room and helpful staff.

We checked out on 3-17-2023. My spouse dropped the keys off at the desk and told the agent that we were checking out. We were charged for 2 more days. Our original reservation was 3-12-23 to 3-19-23. My credit card has been charged for the whole week. But we left on 3-17-2023 around 6:30AM ish,

My family talked about the good hot breakfast. Due to my mobility I didn't get to see much of the property. What I saw was very clean. Staff who checked us in was very courteous, professional and friendly. She even change our room when I called front desk asking for a tub chair. Accommodated us in a wheelchair accessible bathroom. It is well located. Close to I75 and shopping

Can't say because I really didn't get to look around the facility. I can say it's really busy during the week...handycap parking very limited. The room entry way is a bit hard to maneuver getting in and out with the wheelchair I have. A little hard to maneuver between the beds to get into bed with the wheelchair...tight space.

The location was good. Room was clean

Shampooing hallway carpet at 10pm-11pm. There were no utensils available to use for food I brought back. No one was willing to go to the kitchen/dining area and get even just a fork or spoon! They said they are available during breakfast and then told me to go to the GAS STATION to see if they had something. Terrible customer relations!
