did not intent to eat breakfast there since we were meeting family. the end time should be a little later in my opinion.

My wife and I don't like to cause trouble, but when we got there at 9:30 pm the room was open with the door lash holding the door open. I called the front desk and they told me that probable house keeping left it open, but house keeping is usually in the morning so the room was opened all day. My wife was pretty scared so I had to do a complete room inspection including the bottom of the bed. Also the A/C did not cool enough, but we didn't complaint as usual. we left it on all day at 65 and when we came back at night it was the same temperature as we left it.

I had a great stay at TownePlace. The room was big enough and comfortable with a nice size kitchen and everything I needed. The location is good, 10 min drive from the closest beach and 25 min from Naples downtown. Walmart is at the door and McDonalds across the road. I haven't used the gym or swimming pool but looked nice.

Breakfast could be better, from 7 days, I only tried it the first morning, and then I decided to prepare my own food in the room.

the location was very good. the pool is big and it was very nice. the attention was great, the front desk greeted you when you went in and out of the hotel, the all-day coffee was definitely one of my favorites, the hallways always smelled clean, and the pool had pool items and towels such as pool noodles. its in a very good location. there's a publix, walmart, and a farmers market less then 5 minutes away. delnor-wiggins is also very close.

the breakfast was super basic, they gave the same thing the 2 days we were there. boiled eggs, crustless spinach quiche, and sugar waffles. the room could've been cleaner, there were hairs and stains on the blanket and in the wall behind the bed there was grease.

Very good hotel neighbouring Walmart and many food / shopping occasions. Check in was smooth and we got an accessible room upgrade as my wife uses a wheelchair. Good breakfast served from 07:30 to 09:30. Only drawback is that they are using only non reusable dishes, so everything goes in the trash afterwards. This hotel is a good choice if you are looking for an overnight stay close to Naples and the I75.

It was clean, comfortable and very spacious. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I would stay there again when I am in the area. It was also reasonably priced in comparison to other hotels in the area.

The only thing I would change is that the sink in the bathroom was a bit small. Two sinks instead of just one would have been better, but it isn’t a major issue. I would still stay there if I’m in the area.

I wrote a sign online for giving the surprise to my wife for our wedding anniversary that I never saw it in my room . You can improve on all those little details . Thanks

The room was in excellent condition, very well equipped: large kitchen with big fridge, dishwasher and complete set of tableware, silverware, utensils and coffee maker. Large bathroom with nice Paul Mitchell products; large closet with light and organizers; comfortable bed, sofa bed, desk, office chair, side table, nice TV and awesome details like a five-hook hanger by the door, a tray table on the bed and outlets above the night stands. The building is impeccable and the customer service is pretty good.

The bathroom is extra large at the expense of the bedroom, which would be much more comfortable if it was just a little larger. When you open the sofa bed there is no room at all to walk across the room to the far side of the bed. But all in all this is not so bad considering everything else is perfect.

Brand new hotel, so everything is in great condition. The rooms are spacious, nice size bathroom.

We thought it was noisy. We could hear kids running and yelling down the hall and in the room above us. The bed pillows are super soft, which we did not like at all, but of course that's a personal preference. The "free" breakfast is not worth the time and trouble. They couldn't keep it filled fast enough. Many guests with little kids were very inconsiderate... loading up on food they didn't eat and then not cleaning up their tables, stuffing fruit and pre-wrapped muffins and granola bars in their tote bags. We received a good price thru Booking com. Most likely will not stay here again, there are other hotels in Naples that are much better for same price range.

Location was convenient- right off I-75, close to a mall, restaurants and beaches. Loved that the room had a real kitchen with a normal refrigerator and the bed was incredibly comfortable.

Breakfast could be better. Please do not serve cold boiled eggs. At the very least keep them in hot water. Also some toast to go along with them would be nice.

The bed mattress was comfortable. The bathroom is nice. The TV is spectacular, because you can rotate it from side to side. The utensils, dishes, and cups, included in the kitchen were nice.

The pillows were extremely uncomfortable, if I had to rate on a scale of 1-10, I would rate them -1,000,000,000,000,000/10. I suffered from a horrible headache from it. Change the quality of your pillows, or I will sue.
