Emerald Shores Hotel - Daytona Beach

new king beds were nice and new frames and new floors .

head board frame was covered in thick dust. breathing issues . need better cleaning room 603 My son woke up to a Tick had 8 legs headed towards him in the bed . So told staff room needed to be fumigated. probably someone took a dog in or it came in on clothing maybe. they said they would have it sprayed. The pictures of dust you can see where I swiped my finger thru it . Shows how thick it was . Never clean that area.

Spectacular view! Being right on the beach was very nice. Pool and hot tub were maintained well. Staff were very friendly. Mark, the manager, was very attentive and is very friendly and helpful whenever you need anything. If you love being able to walk out of the hotel directly onto the beach then this place is for you.

The room was large with enough room to walk around and hold all of our stuff for the beach. Speaking of the beach, access was easy. The tiki bar had wonderful drinks as well.

The room had carpet which is a little weird. The towels for the pool when they were available they were small, not even the size of a bath towel. My shower didn't have a shower curtain but called the desk and they brought me a fresh clean one.

We loved most everything about the property! Location was great, the staff was amazing especially the day shift man and Eddie on nights! The hotel was super clean and the pool area was very nice and had a great view. we will definitely stay here again

The only thing I didn’t like about the property was the fact the Tiki Bar isn’t open due to no staff to operate it and we couldn’t get the fire pits lit.

Great location right on the beach! Staff was incredibly friendly!

Room did kind of smell funny, sheets did not seem super clean so we did have to ask for new sheets. Other than that everything was fine.

The hotel was right on the beach, within striking distance of all the attractions of Daytona Beach. It was clean and comfortable. However the best thing was the staff at the hotel - Mark the manager and his colleagues. They were very welcoming and went above and beyond to help us while we were there for a festival, thank you team!

The staff was so friendly and helpful with everything! Great value, awesome ocean front view, and the beach is much less crowded than the boardwalk area.

The hot tub had hair in it and was a little gross, I understand hot tubs are generally just gross, but it would have been nice to see some sort of daily clean up in it. Other than that small detail, I loved everything about this place!

The staff is friendly and very helpful, especially Marc the manager, he moved our room right away after having no hot water. The rooms are clean and mostly up to date. The bed is comfortable. TV has more stations than typical hotel, not that we watched a lot.

The shower was good but could have a little more pressure. Bathroom could use a coathook for bathrobes etc. Hot Tub could be cleaned more often. Nothing that would stop me from staying again.

I have never laid in such wonderful beds. omgeeeee!! we didn’t want to leave. 😂😂 this was hands down the best vacation we have ever been on. I loved the time frame we were there. it wasn’t super busy or crowded. we really will be going back same time next year. I just hate that it’s such a long drive. but on the bright side it’s well worth it.

only thing I didn’t like about the property was the pool. it looks nasty and that made me not want to get in it. so I really hope when we return that it’s fixed. b

The location is perfect right there on the beach!! & the amazing staff at front desk of Ms Jodi-Ann Ms Trish and The manager Mark & also maintence man Reggie made our stay very easy and comfortable they are excellent with customer service and very helpful

I see there is renovation going on so I’m sure once it’s done facilitaties will be able to be more pleasant I also didn’t like the vending machines were not stacked up with anything really & the continental breakfast was just that wish there was a hot breakfast but it’s ok
