Good location . There's so many things within walking distance. Walked to Publix and if you have pleasure time there is variety nightlife. Once renovation is over this will definitely be excellent. If you're looking for a clean comfortable room and can over look the construction I recommend this hotel. I had a double bed suite with a sleeper couch . I would stay at hotel again.

Parking was restricted in areas due to construction. It was bearable because was notified by the hotel and booking site .

Great location in the middle of nightlife and restaurants. We knew it said under construction when we booked it but didn't know that it was the entire outside space being rehabbed so no where to sit outside at all. Our room was new and clean and staff was very nice. I stayed here before and only paid around 110 a night with a nice pool and breakfast included so I felt that the price I paid this time at 178 was too much. With all the construction noise and no extras such as the pool, breakfast or any where to exercise they should be offering some kind of discount

After a delayed flight we ended up getting in at 3am. The front desk worker for the life of me I don’t remember her name but she was AMAZING. I remember she was from Bar (bahhhh) Harbor (habaaa) because we are from Boston and she gave us the accent lol. But, she upgraded us to a brand new gorgeous room.

It is under construction and there is no pool but honestly we were there to lay our heads before a cruise so it didn’t bother us.

The property is centrally located around a lot of great restaurants and cafés where you can walk to if you don’t have a car. If you over to the beach it was an expensive as well as going to the mall. The room was clean since I stayed in a remodeled room suggested by the front staff.

The only thing I did not like about the property and I know that they are remodeling but the elevator had a gross smell to it. It was slow moving and dirty on the inside. The grounds of the hotel as you can tell it’s very outdated.

Managment staff - beginning with Mindy - so helpful, genuinely nice people. Went out of their way to accommodate our needs and we would come back here again and absolutely recommend to friends. In spite of being under construction and no amenities being available, we were forewarned and our expectations were appropriately set, so we were not disappointed with any facet of our accommodations. This will be a great hotel when construction is complete.

The room was great but the common areas were ugly, that was because they were in construction. I hope next time it’ll be better and better. I really enjoy the room and the location is great!

I feel like the breakfast they provided was more like a snack for a child the pools were not open even though they still advertised it was the bar was closed even though it was advertised and still open the first night we stayed the price was way too high with the other nights was okay and I love the location of this building and the room was comfortable staff was courteous

I understand that because of the coronavirus everything has changed but the breakfast was more like a snack for a child I didn't like the fact that we had to pay for parking and was harassed about the parking before we even got out of the car even though the green paper was in the window of the rental

The lady in front desk, explained the situation about the hotel that still under construction. she apologized the clutter, noise and some dusty areas. She gave us the new renovation room in reasonable price. The room was great.

The location was perfect and within walking distance to everything that I needed access to. My room was spacious and my bed was comfortable. The front desk staff were amazing! All of them.

The Wi-Fi connection was terrible. I couldn’t get any work done while there. They were unable to restore it remotely.
