Comfort Inn & Suites Lakeland North I-4

Cleanliness, and friendliness of the two mal patrons on staff and the housekeepers. An older lady that was there was not too friendly, other than that everything was great. Unfortunately I did not partake in the breakfast, but my sleeping in was more important. Thank You.

The older lady that was there in the morning should have a better attitude. Patrons see her first thing in the morning and if they see a person with a grumpy attitude, that is not a good day to start the day for anybody.

The location was very nice. I have not stayed in a Comfort Inn before and it exceeded my expectations. The check in process was quick and friendly. Our room was big and was able to accommodate 3 adults. The beds (including the pull out bed) were very comfortable. Lastly and most importantly the facility was SUPER CLEAN! I would 100% recommend staying here.

In a perfect world there would be more breakfast options and two ply tissue lol.

Clean updated hotel common areas and rooms. Comfortable bed with mini fridge microwave and coffee maker. Breakfast good.

The facility was very nice and located close to many restaurants. The desk clerk was very helpful with our billing. We booked through Booking.com and had trouble with their site getting a cancellation for one day when we had to return home for personal reasons. She adjusted the bill and gave us some valuable information about booking while on the road.

The shower in the disability king room was exceptional. Large and with European style shower. The best shower I've seen anywhere in the U.S. The breakfast was good with prepacked foods. The best it could be in COVID times.

At first the receptionist said I didn't have a disability room. She said I should have booked directly with them. Then she found a disabled room after all and started to be friendly. All other employees were very friendly . I was disappointed that masking wasn't taken very seriously. Some receptionists didn't wear masks when walking around and if customers came in without masks, the receptionists didn't say anything. In spite of there being a posted rule about wearing masks.

The bed was very comfortable and we slept well.

The breakfast was not good. Everything tasted very processed (except the fruit) and I've seen a long term decline on the breakfast offerings at all hotels. For 5 dollars more the breakfast could have been exceptional.

It was very clean, beds were fairly comfortable and staff was nice.

The breakfast offers sausage patties and sausage gravy so if you don't like or don't eat sausage you don't have any other meat options.

No other employee greeted us, one night front desk girl was to busy face timing with someone, the lady in the morning is very very rude

Food selection good.

Breakfast staff catered to Spanish speaking guest and assisted them in waffle preparation but ignored me and offered no assistance. Poor customer service at Breakfast.

The blonde woman who works the front desk is amazing. She really was a great especially when having to negotiate the hurricane and our stay.
