Breakfast was the worst out of any hotel that we’ve stayed at that offers free breakfast. For those of us who don’t like waffles..we like the option of eggs and biscuits and gravy etc to which none of these were an option on any day we stayed. The breakfast options were the same each day.

Room (2 queen suite) was large and very well equipped: dishwasher, stove on request (which we didn't use). We stayed with 2 + our son on our way back from a roadtrip holiday, but could easily imagine staying there with a larger family. Pool was nice. Breakfast still well stocked in covid times (many places see an easy opportunity here to downsize or just forget about it I feel), and staff help out to ensure adequate and sane levels of sanitation at the buffet.

I loved the location of the property and the cleanliness of the room, the breakfast was also good

We arrived late at night, and the only person at the hotel lobby had us waiting for almost 10 minutes before approaching to us and ask us if we needed help, we even taught that he was a janitor, but surprisingly he could process the checking for us. Our visit was to attend a relative funeral so we were exhausted from the travel and very sad.

The breakfast was very good, I really enjoyed the coffee. The attendant “Claire” was extremely helpful and friendly, she was a pleasure to see every morning.

The bathroom didn’t have enough hooks. The only ones in there was over the toilet, who would hang anything over the toilet to have it fall into the bowl. Maybe put a few on the doors or the wall opposite the sink.

The staff was accommodating, and everything was clean. I love that I had everything I needed right there. Love being near the shopping centers.

The paid wifi was very expensive, which I needed for work.

Every thing was Great, the breakfast was good, oh and the sitting area in the room Love it, bed comfortable, it was a lot of space with jus 1 bed…. Love It

You can hear people talking in the Halls, on the floor above u can hear people walking,dogs barking,, a couple of the house keepers Rude,, other then that everything was Perfect

This is the best hotel I’ve ever stayed at. The only one we’ll stay at. But we’re moving there sooo anyway I had an issue with a huge noise complain the first night and they took care of it immediately. The rooms are clean , the people I’ve met here are amazing and every single front desk staff was amazing ! They really make you feel like you’re home and we had a blast ! It’s a really great hotel !

The pool had, though it was safe for someone who couldn't swim only reaching the 5ft, but there was look dirty. There was something at the bottom of the pool that was black in the 5ft section. We still swam and had a good time. And then the toilet in 411, when you sit it would tilt backward and when you stand it would make a sound in the floor possibly tilting forward.

Friendly Staff that were very helpful when asked questions.

Tv did not work and had to have tv box reset. Also blind in room was all messed up so could not open shade to room

We really enjoyed our stay! Staff was extremely polite and accommodating. Loved the pool! The place always smelled clean, seemed like there was always someone cleaning! Very nice!!

The pillows were so so, and there were some stains in the carpet.
