Hampton Inn Plant City

Breakfast was good. We stayed there the night before our cruise out of Tampa. It was a little pricey but close to our port. We always try to stay at a Hampton Inn because we know what to expect and they are always very nice. When we first got there to check in, they didn't show a reservation through Booking.com. They rented us a room anyway. Not sure we will go through Booking.com again.

The price could have been better.

The gentleman on the evening shift was very professional and friendly,,soft spoken and kind,, he really made,, the whole stay at the hotel very pleasant,, and house keeping was wonderful also,,,, but the person that checked me in was very unpleasant,, this is where Hampton Inn should focus more on,, training the staff members that don't understand the in and outs of meeting and greeting people on a professional level i don't even know what/he/she/ was even doing at the front desk,,i couldn't get past the unpleasant,,unprofessional behavior,, HAMPTON INN,don't let a worker destroy your business,, bcoz of the lack of caring ijs,,

Yesica was working the front desk and helped us out was very polite helpful we hope she stays for a long time very good employee

We are both smokers and there was a guest that just sat on the smoking bench stayed on her phone for hours and hours at a time every time we came down to smoke we did not have anywhere to sit maybe put a time limit on that other than that it was nice place to stay

The staff, esp. Tiffany, went above and beyond to accommodate our needs. They have good work ethic and take pride in their job and the facility. I was getting something from my car as an employee was headed to get something from her car, she stopped and picked up a piece of trash. I wish I had asked her name! Everyone was friendly.

At my request, we were given a handicap room. The shower/tub needs to be eliminated in favor of a shower only so a handicap person can actually get a shower without risking falling as they are getting into the tub/shower.

breakfast was great. it was so nice to start the day with a hot breakfast staff were so nice and friendly. bedroom was very clean and comfortable. it was nice to have a fridge microwave and coffeemaker in room tv was great also with so many movie channels to pick from. loved the window shade that completely darkened room so we could sleep comfortably! bathroom was perfect for our needs even included hairdryer i would definetely stay here again.

honestly,i cant think of anything that could have been better. i am trying to think of something i can complain about and i cant i think this hotel has everything you could need.

I like when I checked in. The gentleman was have helpful. The lady at desk around 11am was very nice as well. The breakfast staff was nice also.

I didn't like when my daughter went to front desk Saturday morning after 12am. The lady at the front desk was rude

We enjoyed the peacefulness as well as the respect of both the staff and the guests. The hotel was very clean. And the staff served our needs well during our stay. The room was comfortable and clean with great amenities. It was very family friendly hotel.

There wasn't much I didn't like. I was looking forward to getting use a digital key but they couldn't do that for me. It would have been nice to have different settings of lighting in the room so you could make it brighter or dimmer.

BREAKFAST CAN BE IMPROVED, LOCATION EXCELLENT. THE ROOM WAS NOT CLEANED AND TOWELS CHANGED ON A DAILY BASIS. IN TWO OCASSIONS WE HAD TO TAKE THE TOWELS OUT AND GET FRESH ONES. WE TOOK THE TRASH OUT IN FOUR OCASSIONS

couldn’t take partial cash payment along with credit card. Had a new computer system. also had a long wait checking in because of employee was on phone and no one else at the desk to check customers in.

everything and I’m picky. breakfast set up- impeccable. coffee was delicious!!! staff, esp Jessica so friendly and professional. very clean, very comfy, best value I’ve found in a long time. thank you. I’ll be back.
