Holiday Inn Express & Suites Plant City, an IHG Hotel

Bed was very comfortable. Room was clean.

Breakfast was disappointing. Since it was Saturday the hours were 6:30 to 10:00. I went down at 9:10 to eat. All the hot food items were empty. The Lady working the breakfast area was slow about being out more food. She never did bring out all the hot items. When l stayed here before, the breakfast was much better. Not up to normal Holiday Inn Express standards this time.

It was clean, updated, quiet and spacious. We were a party of 5 and never felt over crowded. The breakfast tasted fresh and was delicious. The pool was not over full and was clean and the kids enjoyed it.

Nothing, it was great, I just wished the pool was heated. I didn’t get in with the kids, too cold.

It was quiet, even though it was next to a busy freeway and our room was next to the elevator! Also the staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was great.

I think the lobby needed an update…it felt congested with weird pillars and decor even when we were the only ones in it. When we were checking in, I was a bit worried about what the room was going to be like, but it was lovely.

Cancelation policy is bad. You have to decide for sure 7 days before check in, or you will have to pay for one night minimum if you need to cancel. We scheduled our stay based on a baseball tournament which was almost canceled 3 days before our stay, and we would have had to pay 1 night (~$200) for a room we almost didn't need.

Pool and facility was very nice. Room was clean, plenty of towels and pillows. Nice complimentary breakfast, and great toiletries in the bathroom.

I needed a safety pin and the small area of extras actually had one. I had a problem with my key one time, but they fixed it quickly !

The air conditioner wasn't working as well as I would have liked for it too. It seemed like it was struggling.

Breakfast was wonderful with plenty of options. Location was great, easy access on and off interstate. Only issue was having to go down and turn around to enter parking lot.

I was very impressed. There was nothing during my stay that I wasn’t happy with. Staff was wonderful and very friendly!!! Anything we needed they accommodated.

the exercise room has no a/c, very slow elevator, no gluten free choices for breakfast.

Everything. The staff were all very friendly,helpful,polite, sweet girl on the overnight shift at the desk was just out of the way sweet and helpful.

There was absolutely nothing to say bad about this stay. It was totally #1. Everything about it was exceptionally just the absolute best. I will definitely be booking for here again and every time I'm in plant City area... This will be my First request to stay. Just the greatest most relaxing weekend.

The rooms were clean. The beds were comforable and everything seemed to be in working order. The included breakfast was great. Overall, it's a great place to stay!

The pool hadn't been recently cleaned. I assume it is due to covid but it was slightly disappointing. The pool area has potential to be very nice but it did need more attention.

staff was very friendly and the hotel was very clean, we On a cleaning company so it was very nice to stay in a hotel that was up to our standards!
