Howard Johnson by Wyndham Lakeland

The first room I didn't like because it had roaches in it. So I asked for a room on the 2nd floor that I liked when I stayed before it was a little bit more expensive because it was courtyard view but the staff were nice enough to move me with no problem or questions asked.

There are roaches alot of them in the downstairs rooms. They shouldn't put everyone in one spot.

Very clean! We were visiting and left Lakeland view inn because it’s was dirty and felt so unsafe. So when we got to Howard we were so thankful it was clean well put together and staff everywhere if you needed anything! Thank you so much for the clean and safe environment for me and family 🫶🏻 stay blessed

Counter person was very friendly and helpful. Appreciated getting a break on normal? $25 pet fee. Room was beautiful, bed very comfortable and everything worked when we first arrived. Reported room problems at checkout and was thanked. Very pleasant and professional staff.

Sink stopper stuck down so coulldn't drain water from sink. Lamp next to TV stopped working shortly after we arrived. Floor was dirty. Killed at least 6 roaches before we went to bed.

This property was excellent in terms of cleaning is inside the room the size of the room was excellent, everything you need in the room, the bathroom was excellent with its marble showered, the sink as well as was big enough and excellent with its granite countertop, it is so Inside the room the outside is very clean but could be better, the only thing I think it should be included his breakfast, as most other properties with the same standard

Beautiful room awesome a/c great water pressure you can't go wrong getting a room here sleep comfortably with no noise

Just wish they had elevators so we could of had a smoking room but it wasn't a big deal we just went outside

Some roaches, but I bought my own spray, and still decided to stay can’t beat the feeling like home comfort.

I like it because it's a central location for all of my activities and it was at a good rate

Well I like the place only thing I didn't like was the parking location. I was on bottom floor and my room was around on the back of the building and that wasn't the problem the problem was there was no place to park.... I was still ok anyway I still rated it 👍 good

The breakfast was awesome. The beds were higher than I'm used to which was appealling. The room was impressive and had a unique touch to it.

There was nothing I did not like.

no grab bars in shower and water pressure was very low.
