Best Western Mulberry Hotel

Available free continental breakfast between 6:00 a.m. and 9:00 a.m.. Coffee was 24/7. Hotel was located directly on route 60 and directly across the street from train tracks but I never heard of sound from either.

Housekeeping never made it to our room. We were gone from 9:30 a.m.until 4:00 p.m.. I do know that the hotel was completely booked. I do however attribute that oversight to short staffing.

Everything was mostly good.

Waffle mix taste was not good and you need to put some spray pam out. The maid failed to previously put away iron and Ironing board properly. I had to fix it to get luggage holder out of closet. The only other thing was the floor in room 123 had been moped and WAS clean but had a slick residue on it. The pillows are WAY TO THICK to sleep on. The lamp on the wall flickered all night after it was turned off.

Close to all activities. Quite location. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Michelle treated us like family and was very helpful and professional. Would definitely stay here again.

Easy to find, good location for my trip up the west coast and across to Orlando. Close to food and amenities. Large room, good A/

My CC and debit card didn't work due to previous fraud transaction and I was unable able to pay cash, despite having correct amount. Was very inconvenient trying to transfer money from overseas late at night.

it was very simple…I like the breakfast that was simple too. but the breakfast could’ve had a little bit more stuff other than bread and cereal the eggs for hard boiled and they had waffles that you could make. it was a very nice hotel there was no bedbugs. but don’t bring anything from the outside.

Breakfast was just so-so. Hard Boiled eggs is not my idea of eggs for breakfast. Ran out of sausage and potatoes before 6:30 am. No one was available for service or to ask for something.

The bed was marvelous,sheets were clean and comfortable along with the pillows 🤗😁. And was provided great privacy. 😁😁 I truly didn't want to leave my room.

The price was a little high but they all are and the stairwell was very hot. The parking was dark on the side of the building and also was a little cramped . I chose the hotel because of the breakfast but there still isn't any there

The breakfast was amazing as well as the service was impeccable. The room was was perfectly stocked. The pool was in a weird spot and the elevator as well but other than that the stay was enjoyable.

I liked everything about it they provided a really good breakfast as well as the room was stocked with the perfect Amount of amenities.

ROOMS WERE NICE. BEDS WERE COMFY. STAFF COURTEOUS AND PROFESSIONAL

SAME BREAKFAST EVERY MORNING. ONLY 1 ICE MACHINE. ONLY HAD A FRONT ENTRANCE, NO REAR ENTRANCE
