Courtyard Melbourne West

Room was clean with housekeeping service every other day. Room was large and had balcony facing the courtyard. Great coffee although cost was extra. Only ate paid breakfast once which was standard and comparable in price to outside restaurants. Staff was very pleasant and helpful. Laundry facilities were available. Location was good although you need to drive to restaurants.

Wi Fi connection fluctuated.

We had a ground floor room which faced the inside courtyard. There was a chair and table to sit outside on our patio. Although we only asked that our room was serviced once during our 7 night stay the staff provided service at least 4 times. While breakfast was not provided free of charge,, it was available at a reasonable cost and was as good as homemade. The staff from check-in to dining to room service to check-out was excellent and friendly.

Nothing to complain about during our stay.

Thank you for such great service provided. I have been here a few times now as I am local and we live in Kissimmee, Florida. My husband and I come to Melbourne, Florida like every 2 weeks or so. I love this hotel and love all of their staff! If you want the white glove treatment, this is the place to stay! You will be treated like a Royal, since the moment you check-in, with a superb, professional front desk friendly and helpful agents. The room was super clean with super comfy beds and just having the private balcony alone.. is a BIG PLUS for the rate you pay. The room itself is much larger than others, very updated cute modern rooms. Sad to say that I am going there again this weekend but this hotel was sold out for my dates 7/03/21 to 7/05/21. Now I'm super nervous as we always stay here. Enjoy your stay and I hope your stay is as pleasant as ours.

I really can't find anything negative or that I did not like at this hotel. I loved everything about his hotel , including it's location. Nearby to everything,, including beaches, restaurants, shopping and more! AMAZING ! :)

The staff was excellent; the rooms spotless and beautiful!!! The pool was so clean and beautiful!!!

Only the coffee they only had Starbucks but was too strong!!!

The property location was great close to shopping, food entertainment. The rooms are spacious it has all the necessities needed tv, phone, microwave, fridge, coffee/tea maker, enough lighting for room. The shower and toilet is separated from the face basin that was a plus overall stay was great definitely will be a repeat guess

The breakfast and bar were great. I loved starbucks right in the lobby.

I was very disappointed in a refrigerator that would only stay on for 2 hours at a time. I like to keep snacks and restaurant leftovers in my room. I can't believe you want your guests to get food poisoning. I did call the front desk to ask if there was a a way to override it but the clerk was not aware of one.

Overall it stood up to the expectations of Marriott. Staff was friendly especially those at the bar. However, I didn’t know I had to ask for My room to be cleaned and that was not communicated to me upon check-in.

I didn’t like that it wasn’t communicated to me that I had to request my room to be cleaned. I also didn’t like at all that there were ants in my room. I saw like 3.

The staff was amazing. the bar tenders( addison) and another young gentleman were so friendly and knew how to make a drink. I loved how easily accessible the way to the pool was from our slider door with a family of 5 who was really there for the pool and to be outside anyway. as a plant and landscape fanatic i enjoyed the up-keeping of the plants very well maintained and even their palms were trimmed which is hard to find these days

The bar wasn’t open at 3pm on a weekend which seemed weird.

The location was the big reason to stay here. Breakfast was outstanding! service also.

We were understanding that our room would have a pull out sofa . iIt did not . It was very clean . Cutely decorated but not luxurious feel I expected.

Large clean room with a view over the pool. Quiet considering how near to the road it was. Liked that you could book your cleaning. Easy to get an uber to anywhere, including the airport.
