Excellent location and excellent views. Staff was also very friendly and accommodating. Rooms were nice and Clean!! Good housekeeping staff and front desk staff as well.

The breakfast buffet was lacking inventiveness and selection and was a little over price considering the quality you receive. Unfortunately this property has a huge design flaw approaching the North Tower the hotels guests have to pass all the garbage AC laundry and waste facilities on their way in and out of the North Tower.( this area should be partitioned off and hidden from the eye of the guest's view as well as the odors coming from that area are very foul and funky smelling)🤔🤢

Beach is beautiful except for the sand flies that come up at night. Facilities are clean as expected for DT/Hilton.

$14 a day for parking...for what? Its a frigging parking lot..self parking...normal price is $8 with Valet. Restaurant is struggling and non competitive wth local fare as well as overpriced... Adult beverages overpriced... Housekeeping one time for 4 day stay...had to go to front desk for more coffee and towels... room service plates and trash sitting outside of rooms for days not picked up... The cookies that are given out at the desk need to be checked for bugs...placed cookies on counter in room and you could see these very small bugs crawling from the packaging..threw them away.

If you like being near the ocean, well this exceeds. You are literally on the ocean front. With a back balcony overlooking the Atlantic, and the front balcony overlooking Palm Bay and Intercoastal views, this hotel had all the views. The hotel team was very accommodating to my needy aunt. They dnt accept tips with anything, which I wish we were able to leave because the team was fantastic. The ocean breeze was great. Pelicans flying right by your balcony, and treasures along the beach front.

Honestly, there wasn't one thing I didn't like. I didn't eat at the restaurant, but my aunt did and aid it was great. The area seemed to close restaurants down around 8, but thinking it was because we went in April. (not hotels fault)

I went to double tree hotel at Indian shores Fl and pay 150 dollars.. it was a good deal .. This time I pay 412 dollars. Just for one night. Almost 3 times compared with the one at Indian shores. This time they charge for the parking. As a Hilton customer you expected the parking is a compliment. The chairs and umbrellas at the beach should be a compliment as well for the guess, but they charge for it.

The location is fantastic! The staff here was incredible. From check in to house keeping, the bar tender outside and the cabana boy. The other families were all great too. The kids had a blast in the pool and on the beach. At night my girls got to watch baby turtles make their way to the ocean and run around catching crabs.

Nothing I didn’t like per se….. Typically when I travel it’s nice to have a complimentary breakfast buffet included and 24hr coffee available.

Location was great. Food was great.

Quick response when booking about ensuring there were extra towels and linens when checking in which did not received. Requested towels twice and did not receive - had to stop someone in hallway to get some. Corners and certain areas of the room were not as clean as I would have expected and were not great for a child crawling. Room was not vacuumed well prior to arrival and there was a pill of some sort that luckily an adult found not my 1 year old or else this review could be way worse.

a large view of the ocean was splendid. i could hear the waves crashing as i slept. wonderful. i loved the layout of the room and the uniqueness of the bathroom and the barn doors and the pocket door seperating the bedroom from the other rooms. really liked the separate living room. the glide close drawers were also a nice touch. most especially loved your staff and how they showed empathy towards my wife in her condition when we had to leave early. they couldn't have been nicer or more caring and understanding.

The balconies are small but 2 people can sit on them. View is straight out to the ocean, not much side views. We did watch a rocket launch from Cape Canaveral and view of it was good. We would stay again.

Food was a little pricy, Drinks were expansive and not as much alcohol as I like. Some noise from construction on the South towers, but we knew about it before arrival.

property was nice. Easy to get to . I’m close to the beach with very minimal amount of congestion on the beach.

We had an issue with the lock on the door. Second day there had to have somebody come up and work on it and spent two hours of my vacation time dealing with this and unfortunately didn’t get any compensation would’ve been nice to been offered something. Was not aware of the property being under construction.

The rooms at this hotel have a great view. Our room had the living area and bedroom separated by the bathroom, which gave the feel of separate spaces. The beach is lovely and deep. I loved having a balcony. The beds are Hilton beds and are really wonderful. Elevators move quickly. They make it easy to have chairs and an umbrella set up for you on the beach, though you do have to pay for it. There is a small hot tub next to the pool.

This hotel is definitely on the older side and feels a bit run down. You can't see the beach from the pool or restaurant area. The tv is old school and didn't have options for streaming. Cleanliness was okay, but not great. For the price you pay for the rooms, would have been nice to have some perks - instead have to pay for parking and breakfast.
