Club Wyndham Bonnet Creek

The room was fully equipped with everything you need including a washer and dryer. Front desk would bring anything you needed including fresh coffee for the machine. Lots of different types of pool, all walkable around the lake. Lots of free games etc but we didn't really use them - looked good though! Can see Epcot fireworks from a spot around the lake at park closing time. Staff are all lovely.

There was a LOT to take in at check in as you are sent to, what turns out to be, a sales desk. We were told it was a 'tour' of the facility to help us out and then if we fill in a questionnaire for them we got 150 dollars thank you - we were SO jetlagged we couldn't take in what he was talking about, I even said this to the guy on the desk. We came down for the 'tour' only to be sent to the sales and marketing suite and told we were to sit through a 90 minute sale presentation! We were so cross that we'd been tricked into this on the first day of our holiday so just watch out for this. It seemed quite standard practice so maybe just a USA thing.

Lots of space in the room. Staff was friendly and courteous.

Guests in the room next to us had children shouting and playing after 11:00pm. I understand kids are excited, but this became a nuisance as we had plans to start our day early to attend the Disney parks. So finally couldn’t handle it anymore after day two, so I called guest services to make a courtesy call to keep the noise down. Didn’t appreciate the 10 questions I received just to ask for help in lowering the noise. Then I was asked if I had went over to the room to knock on the door…. Which of course I didn’t. As a guest, I shouldn’t have to do that nor would I in this day of age.

The property was exceptionally gorgeous! Great activities for families with kids. The room had everything you need including in-room washer and dryer. Everything was exceptionally clean!!!

The kitchen appliances were from the 1940s. The dishwasher was definitely the first one out in the market. The washer dryer was brand new. The bed and couch were at least from 2010 and on. The dining room table looked like they took it from the early 1980s garage sale. The counter tops were new. It is carpeted throughout the suites which is just a place to store various people's dirt.

Plenty of things to do, great atmosphere, exceptional value in room rate. All areas were very clean, prompt response from front desk on room needs as far as towels, toilet paper, etc. Grounds very well maintained, zero trash, landscaping all very beautiful. A great central hub for all attractions.

Noise levels from ground keepers started in the early morning with gas backpack blowers, definitely need to switch to electric to remedy this issue. Prices at on site restaurant were expensive, would have returned if not so high. Elevator access at check out time extremely bad, need all elevators running especially during this time. Basic amenities such as gas stations and convenience items a little far away but not a big deal.

The resort is beautiful, and it is a great place to stay with the family. The kitchen is supplied with all the dishes, clean and ready to use. There are so many things to do within the property that we didn't get to see half of the property. We really enjoyed our stay. Clean, quiet, and beautiful.

The reservation process and check-in. From the beginning, the property canceled my reservation that i made due to the card being declined, but didn't send me any notifications about it. After calling back and forwarded and being on hold for 2 days, I made another reservation, and payment went through. They sent me a receipt. However, when I got to the property, I was told that I didn't pay, and they had to charge me that amount again. I had to call the customer service and wait on hold, and eventually, it was resolved. Apparently, they forgot to post the payment, and I spent an hour at the front desk. Even though the staff were nice, it was frustrating. Last, in 3 nights stay, I didn't see any room service. They don't come to clean the room and change towels.

Excellent location on the property of WDW. 5 to 10 minute drive to all attractions. Spacious 2 bedroom suite. Kitchen had all the required appliances and hardware to make a small meal.

I didn't feel the staff to be very welcoming. They were good, but not up to the expectations of staying in WDW. It is not a WDW property, but it is on WDW grounds, so I had higher expectations.

I loved the hotel, we had the 2 bedroom deluxe which was a fully contained 2 bedroom apartment. It was sooo convenient, very comfortable, it was home away from home. There is a day, We had to stay at the hotel because of too much rain and we enjoyed the many pools they have, we also grilled and had a nice barbecue dinner outside. The hotel has grills all over the premises that you can use to prepare your food.

They only clean rooms after 15days of your stay which is the only thing that is inconvenient about the hotel.

Great facilities and lovely large, clean rooms.

It was very noisy, there is a large gap under the door to the room and you could hear people in the corridor late at night - this was not great for people sleeping in the lounge, though this is more the fault of inconsiderate other guests than the hotel. We were woken up every morning by the grounds staff using a leaf blower at the pool, we were on the 8th floor so it must have been terrible on the lower floors of the building. 7am is very early to be woken when on holiday, this was our only real issue with the resort.

Very good location and loved the room. Lots of space, and I loved the fact the pool facilities were nearby. I believe tower 6 is the best location because of the guest services right in the same building and includes a lot of the amenities nearby.

The Wi-Fi was giving some issues during our stay but for the most part it was working fine. We have some signal drops right outside the building in the pool area.

I loved that all their rooms are condos. The master bedroom was on the opposite side of the other bedroom: bedrooms are big and spacious. Blackout curtains and vey quiet.

I didn’t like the fact that in their website, under amenities, they include shuttles to the parks without specifying that their shuttles cost $10.00 per person per day. Other hotels in the same area like the Hilton in Bonet Creek, truly includes the shuttles to the parks for free.
