WorldQuest Orlando Resort

They allowed us to check in at 2pm and not 4pm. The suites were large and clean. Location was close enough to Orlando to fit our needs. the staff was friendly.

The pillows were not great on the beds. Very few kitchen items in the kitchen for use. Minimal cups, wine glasses, etc. We had a 3 bedroom suite so needed more dishware for what number that could accommodate. The room was very far from pool. We had to drive back and forth. The drinks at the tiki bar were outrageously priced. There was no entertainment or music in speakers at pool area. There was no area designated for kids versus adults so no place to really relax with screaming kids everywhere at one and only pool at this resort.

The size of the suite for the price. The ability for our whole large family to stay together in an apartment style dwelling. We never saw the staff working but the trash was taken out daily and the property was extremely neat and tidy. We visited the pool and it was very nice. Kids had a blast!!

The fact that I didn't get to visit the poolside tiki bar, but that's not the hotels fault!! I will say a MINOR complaint was my room did not have overhead lights above the bed, only bedside lamps or the large picture windows.It did not compare to all the amazing things about this establishment though. I will definitely stay here again!!!

Love our resort. It was beautiful. The space was perfect. Love the fact we had everything we needed to cook. Well not everything only thing that was missing was a cutting board. May sound petty but countertops were to beautiful to cut on.

Internet slow down the night before we had to checkout. This was inconvenience. No iron and ironing board in the unit.

Pool open 6am to 11 pm. Great location. Great staff. Rooms spacious. Kitchen has dishes, some pots and pans but not cooking on vacation so no big deal. Balcony screened in. Has jacuzzi. Parking included and enough spots. Definitely be back if come back to Orlando. Ac great. Has full size fridge. Stove. Microwave. Perfect

The quality of the beds. The location.

It doesn’t have enough lights at night. I thought that was dangerous especially with the alligators and snakes on the property. Parking lot way too dark!

Very nice spacious and room for whole family. Room was clean.

Place needs a little refreshing. Elevator was always dirty. Keep pool open longer for guest coming in from parks. Close bar at 11:00 p.m. Get larger pans and invest in a electric fry pan for pancakes and such. Resort fee was a bit much as it could have been a bit less, but understand need for it.

Facilities were great. Communication was great. The mini-market was perfect for families with little ones with necessities like milk and immediate breakfast needs. Lastly, pool bar was a nice bonus.

Could use better coffee. It would be wonderful if mini-mart carried diapers. Finally, a restaurant would make this the complete stay!

The staff were very friendly and helpful. When we needed more towels, they sent a bunch to our room right away. The location was close to Target and the Orange County Convention Center. Pretty close to Disney. The kitchen was also fully stocked. I was surprised there was even a cookie tray and casserole dish. Plenty of towels, some dish soap, hair dryer, vacuum, and clothing detergent. Just had to buy liquid hand soap. When we adjusted the thermostat, the room was nice and warm too.

The website said the room would have a DVD player so we brought movies but there wasn't one. Unfortunately, the staff did not have extra. But I do appreciate the staff for checking. Everyone was friendly and nice.

We visit the area, on average, about 3 times a year, and this is probably the nicest place in which we've stayed yet. I like to try new locations even when I like those we've stayed in before. This is why. WorldQuest was fantastic! It was clean and comfortable. I didn't know companies made beds as hard as those in our room, but we all slept well. I'm now looking for a bed of my own that is firmer than "firm," but I don't know what that next level of firmness is called. The hotel staff texted me frequently to ensure that everything was satisfactory. I've not experienced that in any other location in the area. It made it easy to reach out to them were a potential problem to occur. I don't think you can go wrong with WorldQuest.

The parking lot got full every night. Sometimes we had to park further from our room than I like, but I guess that's to be expected with a place as coveted as WorldQuest is.
