Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott Orlando Kissimmee/Celebration

Staffs were willing to assist customer. It was beyond our expectation. Staffs had offered different room while fixing smoke detector. We were really appreciated.

Staff went above and beyond to assist us with the phone mount. However, staff had missed understood us. Thus, the phone mount was almost useless. I had to use rubber bands to secure my phone to the phone mount. This costed me about $42 dollar. Now the phone mount is in the stage that I can't return or exchange it.

Good breakfast variety for our 5 day stay. Friendly courteous staff! Golden Corral across parking lot a big plus. We ate there twice. Excellent location for us to get to Disney parks by either Lynx bus OR rent car for last 2 days of our trip. The CVS nearby and Publix grocery store across 192 gave us plentiful options.

Maybe could have emphasized proximity to Lynx bus stops (0.2 - 0.3 miles) I feel this is underutilized resource for Orlando visitors. Particularly the convenience and cost savings to Disney parks for those families that elect to stay off site. A weekly Lynx transit pass for $16 is an excellent value! This hotel is ALWAYS clean, and staff ALWAYS friendly and helpful. I stay at this particular hotel at least 3 times a year. It is on a direct road that exits onto Disney Property also. Free parking is one of the valuable perks that are hard to find nowadays. I highly recommend it, but on second thought, maybe I should keep it my little secret 😉

Location to all Disney parks was extremely close. 7-8min, no traffic. Next to I4. Also, location is surrounded by restaurants, grocery store, pharmacy, gas stations, pretty much all you will ever need. We were very happy with the location.

Could have a better breakfast. Also, unless you ask, they won’t have housekeeping clean your room. We stayed there 5 nights.

bed was the most comfortable that we’ve stayed in. Room was nice and spacious and staff were lovely. They work hard to keep the place comfortable.

A little tired in places but not bad at all. No sun loungers as pictured. we were told there were new ones on order but would have made more sense to leave the old ones in place until the new arrived.

Location was fine. I didn’t participate except for coffee

For long stays, I think a mid stay housekeeping service should be done, we shouldn’t have to come get towels and put trash outside of the door. When the stay is 5 or more days, at least 1 mid stay service isn’t too much to ask.

Our room was clean and spacious (king + sofabed).

My only complaint was that I booked this hotel based on the "good breakfast" note on Booking and it, in fact, was not good. The only hot items were the powdered scrambled eggs, sausage patties, and french toast sticks which looked to have been boiled or something. The oatmeal was lumpy water. They had cereal, yogurt, milk, coffee, watery juice, bagels and muffins (which they ran out of). None of us liked our food except for my 11 year old who said that her Froot Loops were "only a little stale, so not bad".

It was convenient to Publix, CVS, restaurants…due to Covid limited housecleaning. Upon request housecleaning was done— and this was well organized. Housekeeping did a great job about picking up garbage in front of the rooms.

We were on second floor- noise from upstairs annoying at times. Children running and playing — expected. But at some point, it is time to settle the children. Breakfast was a little iffy. I walked to IHOP one morning. There were plenty of food choices for someone if they were ok with toast, Mickey Waffles, etc. We needed softer foods— so it made a little more challenging. Also, the above were all really minor issues to us. My one item that I think hotels that still have tub and shower curtains vs step in w/glass enclosures —make sure the curtains are clean. Our curtain obviously needed washing—a little dingy. The liner looked like it was showing soap film. I haven’t seen this in a while and so it was more obvious.

Breakfast wasn't bad; my husband would have like something a little more substantial than yogurt and muffins. The location was great; lots of stuff to do around the immediate area and close to I-4.

The refrigerator in the room was not cold at all. We had drinks we had left in there all night and they were barely cool even after 24 hrs. There were not enough towels/washcloths either. We had three people in the room, but there were only 2 washcloths and towels. Luckily, we had a couple of towels we had brought along, just in case.

Good variety for breakfast, very friendly and courteous staff. The staff was exceptional to say the least. I did not encounter a staff member that was not extremely helpful. One persons in particular was “Tasha”. She was extremely helpful when we checked in and out.

The toilet had a ring around the inside, and there was what appeared to be human mucous on the wall above the bed. Other than these two things, I was overall happy.
