Staybridge Suites Orlando Royale Parc Suites, an IHG Hotel

Loved the hotel. Really liked the layout of the place with all rooms looking out onto the pool.

Breakfast left a lot to be desired, we ended up going out to eat breakfast. One other thing to be aware of, this hotel is right in the middle of everything which is great. However, Old Towne is right next door, trying to get to sleep was difficult, it was like a live concert right outside our room very late at night, no fault of the property, just ask for a room that’s farther away!

The staff were informative, friendly, and so willing to help. They always had a smile on their face. The breakfasts were amazing - hot food, cold food - big variety and plenty of it. Good coffee. The unit was big and roomy. Comfortable bed and living room furniture. When I needed toilet paper or an extra pillow, my needs were always met. I will definitely stay here again!

Unfortunately the elevators were a mess. Dirty. The windows looked like they have never been cleaned. Not very pleasant.

I like the location.20+mins from theme parks.restos and grocery nearby.Check-in was very fast.The room we had(2br 2 bath with kitchen) was amazing.The room is clean.I was surprised how the bathroom was so clean and equipped.Rooms get cleaned EVERYDAY.Towels replaced.Breakfast was good.Basic stuff but just enough to fill your stomach.Our stay was worth the price.

The building is old.But not really a big issue.There is only one pool and it was always crowded.There weren’t enough seating area during breakfast so we had to take our food back to our room.Lots of AC leak in the hallways.

The rooms were huge and was clean and well stocked. The beds were comfortabĺe and the hotel has free parking, complimentry breakfast and laudry facility ! Covienintly located ! Close to food trucks and next door to old town ! Has a kitchen and was stocked with items needed. Friendly staff. Lots of juice/ coffee and bread options at breakfast. Room comes with coffee pot and sugar/ coffee as well and they restock that when needed for the room. Clean pool and hot tub. Facility was clean just older but staff always working on upkeep. Kept room stocked with paper towels ect.

I had a fire alarm or something like that go off the first night but the housekeeper didnt speak english and no one else ever came to check it out, but it didn't happen again. The room also needed batteries for airconditioner to work, which we bought, a living room lamp shade was broken and kept falling down( minor). Wish the room had a small mop and vaccum so that guest can tiddy things up their selves since house keeping just does trash and makes beds daily. The refriderator kept hitting the cabinet so it wouldnt always close properly. Hot tub had no bubbles.

Great diversity! I was warmly welcomed by a beautiful Jamaican woman so I felt like I was in Jamaica again for a quick moment lol she was very nice. I speak a little Spanish so it was fun using my Spanish to communicate with the breakfast servers on what I wanted to eat at the buffet. The breakfast was very filling with numerous options from classics like scrambled eggs, omelets, sausages, biscuits and gravy, waffles and cereal to fresh fruit, oatmeal, and yogurt cups topped with sun-dried cranberries and granola crumbles YUMMY! The pool was heated so I didn't feel the need to linger in the hot tub for too long. My room had a door to separate the living and kitchen area from the bedroom YAY! My mom enjoyed the pull out couch and the staff quickly accommodated extra linen for her! My mom was even was able to cook dinner for us one night in the rooms kitchen. I LOVED THE POOL BAR we made a few new friends there, great atmosphere! The location was perfect with so many restaurants, gift shops and right next door to "Fun Spot" and "Old Town". My mother enjoyed the Crystal Rock Shop and many other local tourist shops in Old Town.

No complaints

I stayed at the 2 bedroom and having 2 bathrooms was a plus. The rooms were clean, beds comfortable and the full size fridge and kitchenette area was wonderful. Staff was nice and quick to help getting us the missing coffee machine glass cup and extra blanket and pillow for the sofa bed. The pool was heated and they closed at 11pm. Close to a 24hrs 7 eleven and walking distance to old town and the world of food trucks across the street. They have free washer and dryers which was great for the after pool wet clothes. They have full hot breakfast and the menu is different every day. I was able to get scramble eggs, sausage, sweet popato tater tots one day and cheese omelet with bacon the next. They also have cereal, oatmeal, bagels, toasts, waffles, juices and coffee everyday. There's plenty of free parking which was great for a big family with 3 cars. I will definitely stay here again.

The elevators take a little long.

Suites with kitchens are a huge plus for families. The free breakfast is decent. Well-staffed breakfast room unlike many others chain hotels where a single employee does it all and they never keep up. Nice pool and hot tub. Best part about the property in my opinion is the large courtyard in the middle that houses the pool, hot tubs, bar while surrounded the hotel building from four sides. All room entrances face that way so walking in and out of the room toward the stairs or elevators is not in some dingy hallway, but rather in the open walkway with nice view. The location is close to many restaurants. Close walk to a seven eleven convenience store without crossing any traffic.

Pull out couch mattresses are basic. Must cross 8-lane highway to walk to any dine-in restaurants food trucks. This is not the hotel’s fault. It is how America designs cities, unfriendly to pedestrians.

Front desk and house keeping was very friendly. Breakfast Staff, some was nice, but some was grumpy. Some food, like waffles, bread, beagles and muffins, you serve yourself. Beverages also is self service, like juices, coffees and cold chocolate milk. My party was of 9 people, and the two bedrooms was perfect. For the price we paid, I think it was a great deal.

Hot meals, they serve you. They get upset if you ask more hot meals like omelet, sausage, biscuit or bacon. Looks like it's availability is very tight. But the food is nice. I understand that they have to keep food for everyone, and it shall not be too much leftovers. The room was very dark. No lights in the ceiling (only in a living room) The carpet should be renewed, like yesterday. My mom slept in a sofa (not at the bed of the sofa-bed, because that was impossible. The mattress of the sofa-bed is very thin, so you feel all the coils in your back). The shower have two options: a cold water or a very hot water. You can't have a warm water. The maintenance guy says that was they work. I like the hotel though, because the price we paid, that is expected.

The breakfast was good with plenty of choices, and we were able to sit outside and enjoy the nice Florida weather on the courtyard patio (which is nicely designed around the pool). It is close to the Disney resorts, and we had a great time visiting the Magic Kingdon. The spacious suite brings us back to this location over and over again. Staff is especially helpful and friendly!

The air conditioning was spotty. When it was running the room felt cool and comfortable, but then it would shut off and the room would get warm and wake me up. I like a constant cool room when I sleep, so I didn't rest well. The beds are very comfortable and the bedding with fluffy comforters was perfect. Now if they can just get the air conditioning working properly, it would be great!

Excellent for families! Very spacious, loved having a full kitchen, breakfast buffet had many options, very close to the parks. We loved the pool, hot tub, and tiki bar. We loved having a drink poolside, they have strong drinks at good prices. This is our new place when we come to Orlando! We loved it.

We could have definitely done without that puddle of water outside our room 520, but this was just condensation from the air conditioning unit and because the sun wasn’t evaporating it. Mildy annoying to walk around and kids stepped in but that would be our only complaint. .
