Hathaway Inn

Everything went as I expected. Maid service was a little too early for me. Once I left for the day—-there wasn’t a return. I would have liked to change towels and get some soap. My room didn’t have cups and the ice machine didn’t work. Overall the stay in was good.

HAD COLD AIR! We booked a room at another facility and the AC did not work. After getting ZERO help from that facility and sleeping in 90° temps in the room, we tried to find the closest and cheapest place we could that had working AC. We came across Hathaway Inn. The staff was amazing and offered to even allow me to check to make sure ac unit worked before I paid. That made a world of difference for the outcome of our weekend. Life savers for sure.

Room was nice and clean but had a few tiny water bugs in the shower.

First of all, The person at the front desk was new and she didn't have experience at all. She pass my credit card three times, i had to call my bank so they could return my money back. The only thing i didnt like was the location, everything else was great.. The room was comfortable.

The facility was very clean and updated loved the huge round shower has enough room in it for a mom and two 5 yr olds room was very nice! I was very pleased with our stay! staff was great! Great location. We will stay again.

We really didnt have any issues at all except the shower door didn't close all the way and we had to stick a piece of cardboard in between the door and frame to get it to close....

It was near PCB sports complex. It was clean. The room was great! The AC was cold.

The pillows lol. Also the housekeeping lady was a rude. We overslept our alarm and at 11:10 the office called and we answered and immediately started getting dressed. We had already packed. The lady housekeeper came and banged on our door and said very rudely, check out was at 11. You’re late. I apologized for being late, but explained I spoke with the office and they said it was fine.. She says well we need to clean in there. I just shut the door at that point. I refuse to argue about it.

It’s clean, quiet, and not too far from anything.

You have to drive through a neighborhood to get to the hotel which is located on a main thoroughfare. They could fix this. However, as long as the price is good I don’t mind driving through the neighborhood. It’s a safe neighborhood.

Toilet had a rocking but all else was good. Happy. I'll come. Back again.

Location but that's manageable. Shower head could of been better. Soap and shampoo also could be better. Good channels (movie choices)

Room was clean, facilities were clean, friendly staff, location was ok but not very convenient to get to. Neighborhood surrounding place seemed a little sketchy. The only negative I had were the pillows or what they called pillows were flat and almost non existent, but then many hotels have the same issue.

The room was very clean and the bed was extremely comfortable. The Hathaway was a very good value.

The surroundings went the best.
