The location was good for our purpose and they accept dogs. There was plenty of room to move around especially since we had a med size dog. We had a queen sized bed. It also has a nice closet area going into the bathroom The staff was friendly and accommodating, if you want to know anything specific just ask. We had access to fresh linens whenever we liked, the used linens and trash was placed in the hall. Breakfast was well stocked.

There was one main entrance, no side entrances. Maybe a pool entrance but we didn't use it. The scrambled eggs were usually chopped into pea sized or smaller pieces making them dry and difficult to get on a fork.. A suggestion would be to gently stir them not chop them to keep them heated. We had a balcony but didn't really enjoy it due to lack of outdoor chairs. Housekeeping in March was every 5 days. When traveling with a dog, I suggest you ask the desk when housekeeping will be around and set a time so your room can be freshened. There was not a doggie station available, and there was evidence of that unfortunately.

The location was close to all the restaurants, stores, and the beach. The staff was super friendly, and the room was for the most part extremely clean.

Really my only complaint is that the bed was kind of uncomfortable. I also found what seemed to be some dog hair in the tub, which isn’t a huge deal because I automatically re-clean when I stay anywhere since I’m kind of a germaphobe.

Our suite was very nice for our 2 week stay. The location was perfect and the price was great.

Parking was tight on the weekend. Many road workers stay here during the week and make too much noise going up and down the stairs early in the morning. Laundry was expensive and people left their clothes in the washer for an hour. There was alot of hammering during our stay. The front desk employees could try to be happier. I think the owners daughter was there when we checked in. She was fantastic!!

The service desk was very helpful very courteous most of all I like the cleanliness I am a very picky woman and when it comes to a hotel I want it to be clean and smell like it's been clean and that hotel done exactly what I like every time I walked in I could smell the cleanliness I appreciate you guys you were very awesome there thank you once again Jade Sanders

Walking distance from several stores was good. Had pool, washer, dryer, gym, little store & vending machines inside. Not too far from beach entrance or other activities. Everything was clean & rooms were a good size, had stove top, fridge, closet plus more. Also had good hot free breakfast.

Nothing we didn’t like, everything was good! However it would be perfect if upgraded pool and/or added indoor pool & jacuzzi.

Great location to the airport, very safe, wonderful free breakfast, protected parking, comfortable beds, and lots of restaurants within walking distance, and also ones that deliver!

Overall, everything was very good, so these are minor offenses. The lobby was beautiful and so are the rooms, but there are definitely a couple of repairs that could have been done better. Our bathroom also didn’t have a lock, which is not great when you have a 2 year old... Water pressure was average, but I prefer stronger. Parking costs $10.

Everything was perfect. They did not serve breakfast because of COVID which was fine. They had stove in the room so we were able to make our own breakfast. They supplied dishes in room as well as a toaster a pot and even silverware! I was surprised I’ve never had a hotel supply plates and dishes. The fridge was big, able to hold a lot if you stay awhile. The room was super cute and homey. I will definitely come back to this hotel when I visit Florida again.

I stayed a full week and never had any housekeeping. We used all our towels and cleaning towels. The floors got dirty since we’ve been to the beach. No one ever came to clean. I saw housekeepers on our floor cleaning a room but never came to ours. I highly recommend that be changed, it would make it easier to clean when the guest leave. Since they didn’t come to clean the whole week it’s gonna take more work to clean. I just recommend we’re able to get clean towels especially in a tourist city. We came to Florida for the beach so we used our towels for the beach and then didn’t have much to shower with. Also the bed was a little springy. Could of been better but I really didn’t mind.

They helped me anytime I had any small problems with my door and the staff there are super sweet

Everything was great other than some doors having problems but they did say they were getting it fixed so everything was great

The pool was nice and warm at all times

Our toilet seat in 305 was broken so going to the bathroom was hard at times. Our other room 304 its was not something we didn't like but we taught was odd was that there was random music playing at times coming from the bathroom The breakfast was not what we expected at all and not filling for an adult or kids who can be picky at times was something we didn't plan for that meal being on us to plan around
