Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott Panama City Beach

Room was a bit smaller than expected but very clean and met our needs. We were there for the All American Baseball League games. Hotel was very close to Sport Complex.

While taking a nap on Sunday, with a Do Not Disturb tag on our door, we were almost walked in on by Housekeeping. She opened door and announced Housekeeping, but we had extra lock on. Apparently the front desk did not notify her that we were not checking out until the following day. When my husband called front desk, they asked if we had stated on our online reservation that we did not want housekeeping services. My husband replied no we did not, but was asked at time of check in and the person working front desk noted it on our room . That is my only complaint.

Daniel is an amazing asset the hotel!!!! and Nicki was absolutely awesome. They both were so accommodating and professional. They were sweet and kind and the BEST. The breakfast was SPOT on and so clean and many options. The rooms were so clean and smelled amazing when you walked in. It is definitely going to be my go to place to stay when I back to Panama city beach, fl.

That I could not just stay forever.

Room was good and clean. Staff was friendly.

I went to shower and had no washcloths so my husband had to go down and get some. Then I'm in the shower and the shampoo and conditoner pumps are out in the shower so my husband had to go back down. It was frustrating. Housekeeping should have had all that restocked when cleaned I would think. The lady was very nice though at front desk. The breakfast was a grab and go and it was pretty awful. The Jimmy dean warm.up bacon egg cheese biscuits are just not my thing. The bagels they had wrapped in saran wrap were stale. It just was not what u expected. I know they can't help it because of covid but it's not a hot fresh breakfaste.so dont expect one.

Everything was neat, clean and well kept. Staff was very friendly and helpful. This was our second stay at this location. It will be our go to place in Panama City Beach. If you want a nice place to stay off the beach this is it. Beach is about a mile away. Plenty of places to eat. Great breakfast bar.

Getting into the parking lot is a little tricky. Coming from 98 East bound it's difficult to see the motel and where to turn to get to the entrance.

Easy access to major roads. Good breakfast

No hand soap in room. Asked for room to be cleaned after staying 4 of 6 days. When returning found fresh towels and the bed was just made no clean sheets. The reason we know sheets were not changed, coffee was splash on sheets.

I liked that Fairfield followed all the necessary guidelines for Covid and the staff was friendly when we checked in. The facility was clean and the room was very clean and neat.

I didn’t like that we didn’t get the room that we requested. We asked for a king room but was given a two bed queen room which didn’t fit us because it was just me and my significant other. And being Valentine weekend we wasn’t too happy about that. Check in was at 4 we checked in at about 5:20 so we didn’t think we were that late. But I feel they should do their best to meet the needs of their guest.

It was located away from the beach and wasn’t crowded with kids on Spring break. I was upgraded to a suite upon arrival, which was very nice. The bed was super nice and extremely comfortable.

I would have liked to have access to a luggage carrier this morning. Being my age, it was difficult to carry my belongings.

Excellent location. Very clean and comfortable

The sink in my room was having trouble getting the water down. Most of the breakfast food that ran out early was not replaced.

Noisy people next door to us , slamming doors and up late at night

i loved how the employees was very helpful and checking in and checking out was fast. My room was SPOTLESS! everything was clean and neat! i will definitely be coming back to stay!
