Holiday Inn Express & Suites Pembroke Pines-Sheridan St, an IHG Hotel

The very friendly staff. The cleanliness . The breakfast. The large bedroom. The comfortable bed and excellent lighting in the bedroom. We will definitely stay there again.

The air conditioning system was noisier than some.

The property was beautiful. It was absolutely spotless. The rooms were spacious and had wonderful amenities in the bathroom. The breakfast was delicious. And the staff went above and beyond to make sure my stay was great.

there was nothing I didn’t like about this property was one of the better hotels that I have stayed in in all of Florida

Location was easy to get to. The price was was a little high , for the breakfast selection we were served compared to other hotels I've been in and were $40 less ,more breakfast selection.

The price hasn't changed since the winter prices when it's tourist season

Renovated room was very nice. Coffe maker was great.

The lobby was closed due to renovation and it was very confusing. Every parking space was filled and we did not know were to park. I did not see any advance information about this situation. It would have helped in our arrival experience. Two flimsy (flimsy!) towels. THE BED IS TOO HIGH!! it was comical watching my wife who is 5’6” tall trying to climb into bed. She did not appreciate my laughing but I cannot image how it would be for shorter people or an elderly person (we are 64) or someone who is physically challenged. Even at 6’2” I thought it was high. Our bed at home at my hips is high but your bed seems extreme as it was at my waist so climb in and out for her was an exercise.

Modern, clean,

Military discount is very confusing. You get to the counter expecting your military discount, and they say, no, you have to go through booking. I did, and still got nothing each booking. It happened in Memphis, and again here.

Very clean and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The hot water was great. Breakfast was very good and made it nice to have breakfast before hitting the road.

I had no complaints.

Have more channels available like HBO or Cartoon Network / Adult Swim

I very much enjoyed staying here. The lobby was very clean. The room was also very clean. The bed was super comfortable. The sheets and towels smelled fresh. Breakfast was good and it included tons of options. Also, the staff was helpful and friendly. Overall, a very nice hotel. I will stay here again

The friendliness of the staff and cleanliness

The breakfast was not as advertised. There were not real hit food. One day was only and omelet and the next only biscuits with cold option of yogurt l, a bagel and juice and coffee. They could of had the staff prepare and serve the hot meals if they were concerned about covid still

The room was beautiful and very clean. Customer service was courteous and friendly. They seem to be managing their remodel very well, as there was no noise, disruption or mess. I would definitely stay here again.
