Hilton Garden Inn Ft. Lauderdale SW/Miramar

Kesha at the front desk was amazing, her customer service skills are stellar. I arrived early and she did her best to get my children and I into our room as soon as it was available after a long cruise.

Well I spoke to someone about my early arrival and they lied and said since I am a Hilton Honors member I could check in whenever I arrived …. But it wasn’t so bad the lobby was very comfortable and Kesha showed us where we could sit and watch television while we waited there was cold water and snacks available right in the lobby.

Quiet and great location, friendly & attentive staff, the comfortable beds and general layout of the rooms. I loved ALL of the amenities in the room. And although I was unaware of a parking fee prior to my stay, it was very affordable at $5.00 per night.

The 3 day room cleaning policy. While I travelled solo and had two beds, I would have loved to have fresh linen daily. The hot water after 3p.m is non-existent on the 4th floor. Best showers are best had in the morning before 11:00 a.m.

Breakfast was Good and person serving was awesome. The issues we had with housekeeping was bad but assitant manager and front desk person tried to rectify it. Housekeeping next day was polite and accommodating

Rooms were not ready for over an hour after they were suppose to be had to wait for almost 2 hours from the time we arrived. Front desk called housekeeping multiple times with no update. We arrived at 2 pm and rooms were not ready until 4 these were handicapped rooms very inconvenient. We were going to a Miami Dolphin game and because of delay we missed most of the first half. Housekeeping person finally went to front desk and when questioned was rude and rolled her eyes at the font desk person. She should be fired

The service, location and room was excellent. I love the clean and comfy room and bed. They greeted us and had a warm welcome. Just what I expect from Hilton. Amazing room and staff!

Breakfast was the only thing that was not good. For $14.95 you should have a much better breakfast than that. There wasn’t even orange juice (real orange juice) anywhere to be found. This was the only disappointing thing about the hotel. Too much money for that poor quality breakfast. Used to be free too!!

The property is very convenient to everything like restaurants,shopping etc.. and also the staff was very polite and helpful.

I didn’t like the fact that you now have to pay for parking at this facility because the last visit I made we didn’t and also the restaurant in the hotel is so overpriced.

How clean and comfy my room was. How I was helped by a manager that behaved professional and very knowledgeable in helping me solve my issues with being over charged

I didn’t like the fact that when I arrived employee said he could see my confirmation with booking.com and I had to pay again in order to stay. I was charged less than booking.com. Lucky for me I had enough money to charge again. I don’t know if the employee didn’t know how to locate my reservation or booking.com didn’t send it. I paid for my room at 10pm and arrived a 1am. Horrible experience. I might not book thru here no more.

The room didn’t have enough linen. I went down stairs to get more and was given hand towels to use as rag. My daughter and I ended up washing with our hands. I was charged $40 more than what was stated in the app. I’ve since then received a refund for the difference. They charge for breakfast outside of the lodge fee. I wouldn’t stay here again unless the price was lowered.

This was great. After being scammed by an hotel in Clewiston, we had to find another place in a hurry. This hotel did the trick and saved our night and took us in despite being past midnight. Staff was extremely friendly. Room was very comfortable and clean. I recommend this to anyone.

Everything was perfect.

The price was great for what you get. We were allowed to check in early. Breakfast was not just continental as stated. It was a full hot delicious breakfast. Location was good.

Felt somewhat outdated but the facilities were clean. Some renovations were happening though.

The clumsiness was awesome the location was awesome I just don't like that I had to put an extra $50 deposit down what if I did not have that and nobody never discussed that with me I hate hidden fees or surprise prices. It's aggravating! But the room was beautiful and the cleansiness was on point. We just paid so much for the amenities like to go in the pool and I guess it wasn't open because of covid and to get breakfast and they didn't have nothing because of covid again I'm just so tired of people using that excuse for every single thing.

That was so much money for humanity's dad wasn't even applicable for us. Such as the pool or breakfast or the exercise room.
