The ace is good

Well My Husband & I we stay in the hotel. The situation are terrible have people in the hall .The door for the rooms are very old the keys didn't work.

I liked that it was close to different stores, they were walking distance which is rare in the area, also I liked the size and confort of the room.

It smell a bit like cigarretes, but I didn't mind. I think the smell was stuck in the carpet.

I really liked how clean it was , and also the pool area was really nice , staff was friendly, and I slept great no loud noise or people around, house keeper was friendly and helpful

I really didn't like how the parking is set up, it's so far away from the rooms , also try not to bring too much luggage because they have no elevator we had to make 2 trips it was horrible because our room was all the way in the back

We always like staying here. Beautiful old place very well maintained. The rooms are clean and comfortable, no frills.

Our toilet was slow to flush, then not flushing-- but they came right away and fixed it. And the person who checked us in this last time was a bit confused. We could have used an extra blanket in the room too.

The staff were unfailingly helpful, polite and friendly. They were swift to help and couldn't do enough to address any questions and requests for assistance. Outstanding.

Could do with a kettle and some water glasses and crockery for coffee and tea. A decent TV in the living room area would make a big improvement.

room was clean but needed some up-grade. No breakfast at this location. the property needs up-graded. Bar area looks like storage area. Staff pleasant though. We were there for a memorial service and just stayed one night. Not sure we would have stayed any longer for the condition of everything .

We've stayed here many times-- a somewhat 'faded glory' kind of beauty to the place, everything clean and comfortable, and the staff always kind and helpful. Good price, too. We'll stay there any time we're in the area.

I think everything was alright. Maintenance man was extremely helpful with everything that we needed. He never complained. He always came with a big smile or when we walked by him he would ask could he help is with anything. He even cleaned the tub out for me. The front desk were really nice and handled all concerns. Thanks night manager, help helped us print off paperwork for our program.

Maids

The location is awesome and has many food and grocery options within a few miles. The staff was great and very accommodating. I would definitely stay here again and would recommend to family and friends! Thank you for a great stay!

The bed was comfortable, restaurants & mall close by.

The washing machine on 2nd floor near my room did not spin the water out of my laundry. I had to wring each item of small load. I reported this problem with washing machine to front desk. Clerk reimbursed my $2.00 to dry laundry a 2nd time to get easier completely dry. He told me, "I will report this mechanical problem with the washer to Maintenance on Monday."
